It is my opinion I have been totally ripped off by this person who saw me coming and took advantage of the situation.

I agreed to a cost of £84 and received a bill for £462 which is now over £500. On top of this, I never got what I asked for and ended up having to do the work myself.

Avoid at all costs whatever your situation but particularly if you are vulnerable. If you think you are saving money by using a Paralegal (which is what he will tell you) don’t be fooled. A proper Solicitor is cheaper.

This is a genuine review and my horrific experience. I do not agree with this person’s response and I will be attending Court as my legal advisor has told me I have a case against them.

I did NOT agree to an hourly rate with unlimited hours. I asked for ONE letter originally and was talked into something else for which he had no relevant qualifications to provide to a satisfactory standard. More fool me. Therefore, two small things at an agreed cost of which I paid upfront.

I have only just received a breakdown of costs and I am astounded!

I have been charged £6.20 for them to send out the Terms and Conditions as well another £6.20 for them to receive my payment!

All these additional charges were NOT disclosed to me at the time.

There is NO WAY on this earth I would have agreed to all these charges.

A lot of communication with the third party which I also did NOT agree to.

I was NOT kept informed of escalating charges as per the Terms and Conditions.

This person is also UNREGULATED so you will not be able to use the Ombudsman Scheme.

I am now being being harassed and pressurised to remove my review. I am NOT a liar and would not recommend this person or want anyone to go through my experiences.

So far, so good.
