I was a bit skeptical at first to buy something from here since I saw only few reviews. I decided to order a premium vodka with afterpay payment option in case something goes wrong. Surprisingly everything was smooth, shipping was fast, payment was easy! Thanks!
On Google review they delete all the bad reviews while they are scamming. I placed an order, and a week later, it wasn't yet delivered. They never reply to your emails, and by phone, they barely do. When they finally answered, they came with a wishy-washy explanation, and since then, i am still waiting to have the money refunded, 2 weeks later . Stay away from this fake shop.

We regret that you wrongly accused WhiskyXL of fraud. This is a serious accusation that may frighten our future customers.
Unfortunately, your order has been returned to us due to breakage of 1 of the bottles. We discussed this by telephone, as we could not replace the bottle because this item was unfortunately sold out. You have indicated that you want to receive the purchase amount back.
After this a misunderstanding probably occurred. We have indicated that we will process refunds on Friday. After this, the credit will take place on Monday.
Unfortunately, you were under the assumption that the purchase amount would be refunded on Friday. After this, we have provided you with proof of payment.
Unfortunately, you don't want to wait until Monday and accuse us of being a fake shop today.
We hope that you will also add to this review once you have actually received the purchase amount back, which is fair.

. I do not recommend this store. I ordered whiskey and the next day I got an email that they don't have that much in stock and they don't know when they will have ... I need that whiskey for Friday. I feel cheated. Now I still have to get my money back.

Of course you can cancel the order and we will refund the purchase amount.
I would like to emphasize that we do not make fun of people. You have placed an order, where you have ordered a larger quantity than is currently in stock. This is also neatly indicated on the website (see screenshot). You will then receive an email informing you that your order is on backorder.
We can only supply 10 bottles of Red Label 5 cl at the moment as this is all we have in stock.
The reason the stock is so low is because our suppliers are NOT able to supply this item at the moment. There are production problems on many 5cl bottles. That is why we are currently unable to indicate when this item will be back in stock.
I understand you are disappointed as we are unable to deliver your order on Friday. But we cannot possibly deliver something that is not available, and we have also informed you about this immediately after the order.
You indicated last night that you want to cancel the order and have your purchase amount refunded, so we will make that right.
But this is no reason to write that we are scammers. These are untruths and can be read by everyone.
I would therefore kindly ask you to delete or adjust your review.
