Glass pieces inaccurate

Got as the butterfly as a Christmas gift but the glass is no where near the right size. The wooden board is way too intricate, and the chunks of glass are far bigger than they should be.

Christmas gnome ornaments

Took a bit to receive, customer service replied promptly to my query about ETA. Received in time for family crafting at Thanksgiving. Final product (an adorable Christmas gnome ornament) turned out so cute! No two exactly alike (and I ordered four kits!), took a bit of focused attention and creativity but a huge hit for all! Thank you for a fun, family crafting experience!

Happy Customer.

Purchased the 1/4 Sunflower Glass Mosaic Kit as a Christmas gift. At first I did not realise it was from China so I emailed and asked if it would be delivered in time for Christmas, as I had left it a little late. They immediately replied and said they had prioritised delivery for me. The package arrived in plenty of time for Chrismas.
The packaging and product parts were of a very high standard and made a most suitable gift. I can't comment on the finished product as the recipient has not made it yet.
So glad I did not read the reviews beforehand, as I found the product professionally packaged and of a good quality. The customer service was excellent and responsive.

Ordered never got product had to put in…

Ordered never got product had to put in a dispute with credit!! emailed vendor several times no response. No customer service will tell everyone to avoid this site.

Package took forever & tile colors inaccurate

Package took forever to get here (literally shipping from China) and the kits were great, I just wish the color of my tiles matched the picture better. I did the highland cow, and the ‘body’ tiles were not the right color and matched too closely to the ‘tusks’ and ‘nose’ parts.
