I bought a Fat bike in this store. I had a nice experience with USAMA and Mohammad.

Great experience from start to finish. I bought two bikes here and couldn’t be happier. The staff were super friendly, helpful, and took the time to make sure everything was right without any pressure. Prices were very fair, especially for the quality, and the whole process was smooth and easy. You can tell they really care about their customers. I’d definitely recommend this shop and would happily come back again.

A trustworthy store, they do what they promise

Very cheap materials used for the bikes that break down quickly.I needed replacement parts for 3 different items on the bike within the first year. Everything was rusted within 3-4 months of owning the bike. I would strongly recommend not going to this place.

Avoid at all costs! I ordered an Altec bike through their website, but they sent me the wrong model (branded as "Wheelerz") and have been ignoring my repeated requests for return&refund. They never pick up my calls, and I sent them over 10 emails over the past few months - no reaction. A couple of times they called me right after I sent a particularly angry email, both times they apologized and promised to arrange a return right away - of course that never happened. I thought this is simply gross incompetence but looking at all other negative reviews, it seems they routinely scam people. I'm reporting this to the police and ACM ConsuWijzer, and recommend that other victims do the same.

Update: I reported this to the police online; next day Wheelerz contacted me and then picked up the bike and issued a refund in a few days. Hope this helps those who end up in a similar situation.

I have a very nice experience with this company. They are very customeroriented. They call me to give me all the support and the information I need it. They said that they will deliver my Backfiets in 5 days and they deliver it in 24 hours.
