Really poor experience
Really poor experience. Order from here all the time and we recently got some new points for my young lads darts. He threw one and the point snapped so I asked if they would be willing to send out a replacement and was called a liar and told not my problem. Have taken screen shots of the conversation to make others aware.

Hi Karl, As stated in our screw in point break policy any screw in point that breaks at the designated snap point will not be replaced or refunded this is the nature of the points and cannot be avoided from manufacture. You tried to fool me by initially saying they were broken in transit but quickly changed your story when I gave you a resolution. If a screw in point snaps at the break point from use then there is no obligation to refund or replace. Thank you for your concerns but the matter won’t be taken any further. Dan WTP

The product itself is fantastic! But since ENG is out of the EU I had to play 26€ more because of import costs. So I own the most expensive set of Points in BE.

Fantastic Points!
Orderd these points with brilliant packaging to find a amazing finish of the gripper grip,I orderd the standard storm surge in gold and I must say they stand out and look amazing.Normally my points go blunt after about a month and these I’ve had are new but my fya points I’ve had for a month that I’ve used a lot haven’t gone blunt at all!The points also stick in the board well and don’t bounce out and are easy to remove after a bit of use,just amazing quality of points definitely recommend!

Brilliant service
Brilliant service, fast and efficient, got the gold screw in ripped lite full grip points and the machining and finish on them is exceptional, grip the board very well and so far not pulling any sisal out which is obviously a plus! Great work!
