The sneakers I bought did not match the US shoe size chart.
I bought a 9.5M, which should be a 43 Euro size, but it turns out to be a 41 Euro size. I am so disappointed and skeptical about trusting what the sellers put out because of their no-return/ no swap policy

Won an ultra rare pokemon card which got opened live on stream, seller cancelled saying that he "lost" it, then tried selking exact same card on a seperate stream. Seller admitted liability, admitted the true cost of the card and yet whatnot still did not reimburse for the contents of the pack, of which they initially said they would.
They are fraudulant and do not protect the buyers in the slightest. If you are thinking of obtaining an item from Whatnot, please make sure it has no value attached as it may go missing and you wont get anything back in return.

I do have evidence of everything, including whatnots initial response clarifying that I will be either reimbursed the market value of the card, or, the actual card itself.

After seeking legal action it has been confirmed that Whatnot are in breach of the their "contract" as the legal team put it, purely due to the fact that I have it in writing what I am to be compensated with as a minimum.

Some great sellers on what not, I love you can see the items your not relying on photos ,ive always loved everything ive received its overall a great selling platform

I gave Whatnot a fair try, ordering seven items from six different sellers, but unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be using the platform again.

The experience has been incredibly inconsistent. One seller was fantastic, but the rest ranged from mediocre to genuinely problematic.

I received a skincare product where the expiry/batch information on the bottom of the bottle appeared to have been rubbed away, meaning I couldn’t verify whether the product was in date. Whatnot did refund me immediately when I reported this, which I absolutely give them credit for.

However, I also have an earlier order from the same seller that was marked as shipped, yet Royal Mail still says they’re waiting to receive it. I messaged the seller three days ago and have had no response. A completely separate seller’s order is also showing the same Royal Mail status.

Another purchase was a candle advertised as highly scented which had virtually no scent at all.

Whatnot itself seems to have decent buyer protection when something goes wrong, and I’ve had one excellent seller, so I don’t think the entire platform or every seller is bad. The problem for me is the amount of uncertainty and effort involved. I’ve found myself checking tracking, chasing sellers, inspecting cosmetics, photographing products and raising issues with support.

The bargains simply aren’t worth that level of hassle to me. Out of seven purchases across six sellers, there haven’t been enough good experiences for me to want to continue using the platform.

I loved the packages I’ve received except for one that I received with different candy in there and one of the bags were open in the box and what they sent me isn’t what they were advertising. I tried to leave a message with them and I haven’t gotten a response and I believe I left a message with you guys and I was told that it’s been over the limit for a refund. I just received the package on September 30 other than that. The other packages were great.

I ordered off a seller on here I ordered 27 items only received 20 I messaged seller and they said they would sent my items out and send two extra I was more than happy with that I waited 2 weeks no reply I asked put them sending my items out they said they were going to check the camera to see if my items were actually sent to me and they would get back to me by Monday so I waited until Monday still not message back so I contacted whatnot them self they said they would contact the seller to either get my items sent out or give me refund this was about 3-4 weeks ago still no message no email no nothing about my refund or missing items I am very not happy about the experience I have had this was one of my first orderes all other sellers have been amazing but clearly that seller didn’t want to send me the most expensive items I had got of there auction what not should be dealing with this in the right way if they have contact the seller and they haven’t replied when they have had 3-4 weeks to do so what not should give me refund and the seller isn’t complying with what they need to do , this is clearly not my fault as I have done evening and have gave more then another time for this to be resolved and it hasn’t now I’m down money and haven’t revived nothing and the seller is still continuing to sell more items

I love the enormous amount of products that you can choose from. The hosts that I interacted with were amazing! The products that I purchased are great!

I live in a small town so there are not alot of places to shop and Whatnot gives you a whole arey of things to get that ya can't get just anywhere and the prices are also great
