I’ve always transact with no issues but…

I’ve always transact with no issues but recently I got a transfer from a friend, I can literally see the money in my account but they won’t let me do anything with my hard earned money!!!

I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding my account and a pending incoming transaction that has been under review since April 1st.

Following your request, I promptly provided all the necessary information requested by your compliance team. However, as of today, I have not received any update, resolution, or further communication regarding this matter.

I understand that AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks are important, but a review period exceeding 14 days without any feedback is highly unusual and concerning. The lack of communication is particularly disappointing, as transparency and timely updates are essential aspects of good customer service.

Additionally, after reviewing customer feedback on Trustpilot, I am concerned to see that similar cases have occurred with other users. This raises serious concerns about the efficiency and responsiveness of your support and compliance processes.

I kindly request that this matter be escalated and handled with urgency. Please provide:

I got payed my wage into my account and the sum of money was €599 from my boss and they send me a email that my funds were put on hold for 5 business days I have send they all proof of there the funds are coming from and they have not gave me a update if my money will be put into my account and all the reviews I have read of others peoples money being taken I have low hopes of getting it I’m very disappointed iv been using this app for a year now and have recives my wages from my last two jobs without a problem and now I’m left with nothing for my first weeks pay

This is a bank to avoid. They will keep your money without ever telling you the reasons why they kept the money. The worst, the money will not even be available in the account. While the transfer is received. they will never send you your money or return it to the sender. They do not respond to emails. It is a disaster… 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ My 700€ 😢😢

Horrible company

Horrible company. Zero customer support!
Witholding money in the acocunt without any reason! Each day they seem less and less legit. They don't reply to phone calls, nor e-mails. Honestly if this keeps up might need to involve the authorities.

The company is going through liquidation, so good luck with getting our money back :(

Westein reported to the European…

Westein reported to the European Banking Arbitrator.
Attention, to all those people who have been defrauded by this pseudo-bank, I strongly advise you to turn to the European Banking Arbitrator for disputes involving banks in member states. Obviously make a complaint to the banking and criminal authorities of your state.
The tricks used by westein are as old as they are mean, your money will literally be stolen by their control department. The next step will be an endless series of requests and documents.
The first day you will be asked for proof of the incoming bank transfer (and there is nothing strange here).
Then after several days of keeping your money, you will be sent another e-mail. In the second e-mail you will be asked for your debit card data westein and already here you can see that something is wrong (what serious and professional bank asks for your debit card data by e-mail? ). From here begins a long odyssey of pre-packaged answers to gain time and make you lose patience.
After several days ( 10 - 15 days ) you will receive another e-mail where they will tell you that the documents you have sent are not readable ( this is not true ) even if the photos are perfect they will tell you so and gain another 5 - 10 days where they keep your money.
Then comes the best part, they will ask you:
Income declaration, tax declaration, proof of residence and domicile, your bank statement, a salary statement with all your and your employer's details, your employment contract.
I advise you not to fall for this, all these documents will probably be sold on the black market in Lithuania.
But if you send all these documents, the answer will always be the same! They will tell you that there are documents missing even if you have sent all the documents, and at the end of it all they will keep yours and will not reply any more.
I am already in contact with several people who have been scammed by this bank, and we are working with a lawyer to start a class action. Unfortunately westein counts on the fact that the transactions are quite small, in most cases this bank steals 50 to 500 euros, unfortunately for the unlucky ones it is often thousands of euros.
So, don't fall for it! Denounce, denounce, and always denounce. There is the website of the European Banking Arbitrator. The more people report, the sooner these thieves will be brought to justice!

Stay away from these people, they are unscrupulous thieves and fraudsters!

WORST APP EVER!!! They stole my money

The customer support don’t help properly. 6 months went by and they don’t know where my money is……Still till this day i didn’t receive my funds back. More than 4000 EURO..
And after i complained they blocked my account for no reason?!???
It’s clearly to see that they stole my money.
I want my funds in 1-2 days.!!

Big big Scammers!!!!

Scammers!!!!! I Sent USDT from my wallet to “Kryptolite” on Weststein. The money came in but When I try to cash out it gives me “Something went wrong”. And that for over a week. I can see the money but I can not cash out or sent it somewhere else. They also dont answer any mails or calls. WATCH OUT FOR THIS SCAMMERS!!!!!!

Give me access to my money immediately. 

In the last 5 hours of realising I cannot access my own money I have done a considerable amount of research on your organisation. I have read thousands of stories from people having had their money withheld (stolen) from Weststein. I have accessed email addresses for your CEO and leadership team, along with instagram, Facebook, twitter and linked in accounts. I have also engaged the financial ombudsman, the FCA and have reached out to a lawyer. As from my research it seems I need to be armed. I will also be contacting any media outlet that will publish my story and the stories of thousands more. I have joined a Facebook group with over 5000 members all with the same story. I will be rallying them to join me in going to the media about having their money unlawfully withheld by Weststein . They will share their heartbreaking stories about how they have been impacted by Weststein . I have also started a petition with growing signatures. Turns out this stuff keeps people up at night!

Every hour that my money is withheld will be a tweet, comment on Facebook, instagram, linked in and every review site I can find starting with trust pilot. I will also ask everyone in the Facebook group to leave a review sharing their horrendous experience. If I don’t have access to my money today I will proceed with legal action and contacting local media and my local MP and I will not be alone, I’ll be bringing others with me to share their stories. 

Please do not respond with generic responses you send to your victims - I’ve already read them all online from the thousands of people you have already impacted whom are more than willing to offer support and advice to me. They are wanting someone to share their collective experience to prevent others falling victim to such unscrupulous acts from an organisation calling themselves “the peace of mind money app”. They would beg to differ as do I! 

The longer I don’t have access to my money the more costs and damages I will be seeking if I have to file a county court claim. 

I need access to my money TODAY as I have agreed to pay 6 months rent on a property today- I had to do this as I’m new to the country and have no credit score - also the reason I chose your service. Without access to my money TODAY I am HOMELESS! 

Save us both the hassle and give me access to my own money immediately!

Where is my money

Where is my money? Everything seems ok at the beginning and suddenly one of your transfers will not show up in your account. There is almost a month that I'm trying to get a logic response on what happened to my money. Several e-mails, no logic response. "It is under review" . SHAME.

I got the ATM Card and I did not get…

I got the ATM Card and I did not get the pin,I click on get pin funniest part the charged me €1.50 euro up till now they did not send any pin in the first place after requesting for another pin and they charged my account they refused to send the pin since on Friday have been sending mails no response up till now.Very funny this morning now saying my account has been suspended and took my card pin money very strange and funny is this not fraud.Return my money back now have send the account details where to refund the money in fraud account you are claiming to be suspended just deducting money any how kindly refund my balance back now ,they are scammers please do not leave your money in their stupid scam bank they asked me to provide account where they will send my available balance to all of sudden today they said I’m left with 0.41 cent in my account,when I checked the app I noticed they have removed some moneys from the account as stupid charges of something that I didn’t used that they said they have suspended,guys beware they are scammer big thief

beware scammers

My name is Yevhen Prokoshev! yevhenprokoshev gmail.com I must say that weststeincard is a very bad service. After not explaining or warning me, for reasons still unclear, they limited my account and charged me a monthly subscription fee! I contacted support two months ago... 3 weeks ago they answered me that they were ready to transfer the rest of the balance to my account in another bank, after which I sent them a bank statement showing the address, my name and payment details, everything as they required !!! After 3 days I asked a question, when will they release 5k euro... to which they answered me after another 5 days that they have no information... I don’t know who to contact me, I want to get some of my money which they have already written off for monthly payments...I do not recommend trusting your money to weststeincard scammers... I am asking for help, who knows how I can influence them, contact me
