The person, who actually...finally, solved my "problem "with my new car and a "Window situation "..and explained everything fully..was..the technician, who had worked, on my car..and I am hoping, I have correct name..Kezysztof Salata...Jodie.. and Sam..were also very helpful..in listening..and organising..the Car service..

Bought an Ioniq5 and really pleased with it. Elise was very friendly, very helpful and very knowledgeable. Would certainly recommend to others if you are thinking of buying a car.

Always service with a smile from the two ladies in the service department,it’s a pleasure to leave my car in their capable hands.

Amazing Company giving a personal touch. The staff made me feel that they were taking all my requirements into consideration. I feel that I'm dealing with family! They are fare and honest. They took all my concerns seriously and dealt with them effectively. My car was even handed back to me washed!

Tucson , service department, just had my 2023 2 year service, the team at the service desk ( Diane) are very helpful And professional, amazing coffee.

at first I was very happy when I picked up my car after a major service, although it was not cheap but I wanted to be on the safe side by servicing at the Hyundai as the manufacturer service.
But soon I noted of a squeaking noise at the rear wheels while driving, checking the service report showed me that the brakes are in a good condition, so I called in that I would like them to have a look at it, because if something is wrong it should have been picked up with such an expensive service.
I was told that they can only book me in in 2 weeks time which for itself is not acceptable that they are not ready to look at it before as this is a thing THEY should have picked up and not me to have to bring it in again for a day.
but the worst is that when it came check in the car - instead of apologising for not picking up the problem an the first place - they wanted me to pay extra £144 just to diagnose the issue!!! as if I didn't pay enough for the service!!!

If you want you car to be serviced properly and not just to suck your money - avoid this place!

Today I collected my used Hyundai Kona from West Riding Hyundai’s Bolton dealership. From the time of my initial call to the minute I left the dealership with the car, Lucy has been fantastic. She is professional and knowledgeable, whilst also being personable and helpful.
Based on my experience, I highly recommend the dealership and especially Lucy.

Noticed a metal piece falling down underneath the car . Contacted West Riding Bolton and was asked to take car.in as soon as possible . The metal sheet was the heat shield . Arrived and only waited 20-30 mins car was all sorted and back on the road again. Friendly service thank you.

Had an appointment booked in with Roy a few days ago to discuss motability vehicles and getting on the scheme and we could not have had a better experience with him. As an anxious and autistic person, Roy made me feel completely at ease and answered all of my questions in thorough detail. He was so knowledgeable and honest about all of the vehicles and the scheme itself. He was funny, kind and provided quick, easy and pleasant experience to get our first car. Being in unfamiliar environments really stresses me out however Roy made this an extremely pleasant experience for us and went above and beyond to ensure we got the exact car that we wanted and in the quickest timeframe he could get it delivered for us. I was very stressed before arriving at the location and left feeling relieved and happy. He is a real asset to the team and an all round lovely gentleman who deserves recognition for the work that he does :)

Excellent service, very knowledgeable and thorough.
Everything explained in detail, our contact ( Molly ) was not pushy and listened to us. Not made any decisions yet, but will have no hesitation in going back if we decide to go ahead.

After several weeks of researching for a replacement car, I narrowed my choices to 3 different makes of car, Hyundai being one, which was a suprise as I had never considered them before, and never driven one.
There just happened to be a used Tucson fitting my needs at West Riding, Bolton, so I made a visit.
Everything was excellent, very relaxed, professional and Paul Simpson who dealt with me from the outset to final purchase was everything you'd need from a main contact. 2 test drives, I asked probably more than the usual number of questions about the car, all answered with considerable knowledge too.
I'm a very happy customer, Paul particularly, and the team are a credit to the business. I will remain a loyal customer thanks to that experience, and highly recommend them.

Our Hyundai Tucson was collected by their Service Manager Geoff Kay and it went in for its annual service and MOT on Thursday 13th February 2025.
The service we received from Geoff, Amber, Lauren and Technician Jordan was excellent, the first Hyundai car we purchased was back in 1998 at a local garage where we used to live, and from 2002 we have been with C J Hardie & Son and then with West Riding Hyundai, we have ALWAYS received EXCELLENT SERVICE from both the sales and service teams.

Had to drop in my Mother in Laws car today for it's 2 year service as always everything was ready, paperwork and checks, etc, and was efficiently taken care of by a very new member of staff Natalie Barrett. All was in order and quickly I was on my way. When I returned to pick up the vehicle in the afternoon all the paperwork was filled in, the keys available and I was walked out by Natalie to check the car. As I have learnt with this company, everything is seamless and with good staff like Natalie and good training these experiences are always a pleasure...Thanks.....

West Riding agreed to purchase my vehicle, the car was dropped off with them and they changed the registered keeper. After weeks of waiting for payment they then refused to pay the agreed amount and told me they were going to put the vehicle back in my name against my will. Avoid! Still ongoing!

Enquired about a car seen on Autotrader, extremely helpful over the phone and made an appointment for me the same day to meet work commitments. On arriving the car was ready and waiting outside for me to test drive. Sales process was great, and Jodie was very patient whilst I dealt with getting rid of my old car. On picking up my new one, the handover was simple and easy with all queries answered.
Jodie was helpful & kept me informed throughout - and also makes a great cappuccino!
