Perfunctory

I used this service only once and received an absolutely not thoughtful perfunctory response. The bottomline of the response was "The issue you are facing is due to the pandemic. Unfortunately, we cannot assist you with this matter. I wish you best of luck". My issue can be objectively sorted out even in the circumstances of the pandemic, there are examples of it being resolved out for other people. Clearly the person who responded didn't even try to give it any thought and used the pandemic as an excuse to do as little work as possible.
