Must ask before about pavings

Must ask before about payings. Beter ask offers. Maintains from 1 bike can be from bike price .Personal with sarcasm with non respect can put on facture 500 euro easy . Peaces what you bought but was not need and didn't use they don't count . Is loosened.Watch out

I gona answer her. Yestaday i try to resolve my problem with worker at kassa . But i meet just sarcastics smile and non respect tolking. And he resolve HIS mistake with worker . I have factur whete is about 1 houer work. And was just when i took factur. He said me is mistake . 3 houers work. Hey. I go take advocate . And be syre WEST BIKE is badly what i have in 14 years in Belgium . Rechbank en advocat menheer

I bought a fatboy and after 7 months my…

I bought a fatboy and after 7 months my display didn’t work anymore. And they said it’s not under warranty because you didn’t come for checkup every 3 months. I said i came 2 times for 7 months and they answered you don’t have proof because you didn’t give the book

Dear Yordan Yordanov,

as already indicated, maintenance/upkeep must be performed punctually. When this is carried out, you will receive an invoice as proof and the maintenance checkbook will be completed. As an example when you have a new tire installed or a new light bulb, this does not count as maintenance. You were unable to present both the invoice and the maintenance checkbook. That is why the repair was charged.
