The snailwood coasters are super cute and very well made. They're defninitely a hit with my guests.

I got this leather woven tissue box from West & Hale, and it is definitely unique. It looks good at a distance, but the leather isn't as polished looking in person. It works fine, it's not bad, just not amazing.

The doodle time clock is super fun. I got it for my kids room, he loves it.

The arched wall vases I bought arrived after almost 2 weeks. The vases themselves are fine, good wood quality, but the shipping took a bit longer than I expected.

West & hale has a very nice selection of wall clocks at really great prices too. I have no complaints for the Ashford wood clock i bought. It looks great and is functioning as expected.

I ordered two dresses for a wedding and made sure there was a return policy in the event that they didn’t fit. The website said hassle free returns.
The dresses were too large under the arms and you could see my breasts.
It was difficult to find out how to return the dresses. I had to go on their website and email them. Since then I have had ten emails telling me how expensive and cumbersome it is to return items and they would let me keep the dresses and give me a 10%, then 20%, and finally 30% partial refund. I have had them offer everything but a full refund.

This is a scam company.
My package was delivered to the wrong address, despite me sending multiple photos of proof that it was incorrect, yet they refused to give me a refund. Do not order from them. They are obviously running some kind of grift.

I have been trying to return a rug for the past 3 weeks now. I finally get someone to respond, I send back the rug per direction and the package was rejected. The person who received the package at West and Hale said "refused, we don't want it". I am still without a refund and based on their webpage, they offer a 30-day return option. BEWARE ANY BUYER - this place is sketchy and they do not refund like their website claims.
