Highly professional outfit

I used we solve all in Earlham Norwich to replace an iPhone 7 battery. I found the experience thoroughly professional and transparent. I refused to hand over my passcode so they could check the phone after battery installation. This did not phase them at all. On returning to pick up the phone I had to manually add my pass code so they could do the system checks and warranty the battery. Parking outside the shop was straightforward and I had rung ahead to check they could do the work. The website was very clear and the cost of the replacement was displayed with no added extras. Highly impressed and will use again. Pete
