I experienced the worst service possible! The customer service team was completely unprepared and careless. There was no option to speak with a supervisor, which is unacceptable. My daughter is now at risk of not being able to submit her post-grad application because of their incompetence. Last year November, I've ordered course by course evaluation. It took some time for me to get the sealed copies from Universities.After I sent and got confirmation from WES in the month of May.From then on no response or update from them.In the end of June, when I raised a ticket, they informed me that one of the doc sent needed to be sent directly from issuing University. They could ve informed about this issue while they confirmed my documents. Again after arranging NSDC to verify my degree, upon inquiry I found out that their evaluation has not been started as they are waiting for sealed copies. Whereas as per the WES website NSDC is alternative suggested. Its been two weeks since the query was raised, no solution for my report delivery and evaluation.Ive spent time and money for this evaluation which I am afraid that it may not be fruitful.

If you follow the instructions they provide in the email after payment, you’ll receive the evaluation documents in no time. I recommend it. 10/10.

I called. I emailed. I used the online service. Nothing but automated responses and endless waiting. Not one meaningful update. Not one person taking responsibility.

Because WES failed to provide my documents, I LOST MY OPPORTUNITY TO ATTEND TO THE UNIVERSITY FOR THE AUGUST TERM. I paid for a service and instead got months of frustration, silence, and wasted time.

This is completely unacceptable. A company providing such an important service should be accountable to the people paying for it. My experience has been so awful that I honestly question how a company can operate this way, PLEASE IF YOU ARE A LAWYER READY THIS AND TAKE THIS COMPANY INTO COURT.

I have not received my WES certificate yet. When I track number then it says the delivery was returned to the sender. I have followed-up with email also but didnt hear back from them.

The seamlessness between WES and OAU Ile Ife for the receipt of my transcripts which led to prompt verification

I like that it is quite simple. I however wish that the process was lined out on what is needed to be done and also the WES will be the one to contact the institution for the verification after full payment is made.

Nothing. My WES Experience was satisfactory.

They made a mistake by changing my application. Due to their mistake I paid 409 CAD for one extra copy.

The process has been so daunting. I have had my application pending for months. I have made several requests for my documents transferred from my previous account, and they are unable to transfer them. There is no communication; when you contact customer service, they lie and provide zero assistance.
