The customer service is appalling

The customer service is appalling and Weirauch would do well to investigate this business who advertise that they provide free advice and support. Rubbish. As soon as I mentioned i had purchased a HW 77 pistol new he immediately responded (before I asked my enquiry) that I dont bother them and go directly to the dealer i purchased from. My query did not relate to my gun specifically but to an accessory I was interested in. If this is the level of their customer service they dont need to be recognised by Weirauch!
