Wego support

I had an issue with a hotel booking through Wego where my reservation was not properly confirmed and I had to wait for several hours.
It was a very stressful situation at first, but the support team handled my case professionally.
A special thanks to Ms. Christina Khalil from support team for her excellent follow-up, professionalism, and kind attitude. She made sure my case was resolved .
In the end, I truly appreciate Wego’s effort to solve the matter and to ensure customer satisfaction.
Mistakes can happen, but what matters most is how they are handled and I’m satisfied with the resolution.

Fake offers

Worst experience ever, booked two times a hotel in Dubai and Sharjah and then the booking confirmed
And next day the booking rejected
It’s wasting my time and fake offers on there application as I faced for this week
. Not trusted at all , I deleted the application and will not use it again
