The most pathetic customer service I have ever seen till now in Switzerland. I made the error of making double payments which they apparently cannot find in their system even after sending payment proofs and repeated calls. I cannot imagine how their services are going to be in case of an emergency if their response rate is so poor. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend their service to any one. Be careful of such companies
