They locked my account

They locked my account over "fraudulent use," but would not at any time reveal what that activity was. I simply transferred money from my Coinbase account to WEEX and began purchasing coins unavailable on Coinbase and took part in Futures trading using their website. They required a ton of "verification," which I provided, including driver's license, utility bill, photographs of my house, etc. After all of that, they said my account remained locked and I cannot sell or remove my money. DO NOT TRUST THEM; DO NOT DO BUSINESS. You have NO recourse.

This broker seemed trustworthy at first

This broker seemed trustworthy at first, promising secure investments and expert guidance. I invested $380,000, expecting smooth trading and reliable withdrawals. My account balance showed steady growth, so I thought everything was fine.

But when I tried to withdraw, it was stuck on pending indefinitely. Every time I asked support, they gave vague excuses about processing delays and additional verification. Eventually, they stopped responding altogether. My withdrawal attempt has been on forever pending. My PROFILE picture got it figured out.

misrepresentation

misrepresentation, claim if I deposited $200 opening balance I would get a $100 reward.

I bugged them daily for my $100 reward, they kept proming they would "research it"

1 week later, now they claim I have to trade $500 to $10,000 before I get this reward.

They are shifty, keep changing their rules. I wouldn't call this a scam. I did get my $200 deposit back. But I wouldn't trust them.

FROZEN ACCOUNT BLOCKED WITHDRAWALS

They froze my account, blocking all trades and withdrawals.
When I lost trades, there were no problems, but after winning several trades, I couldn't continue trading with a message saying the market was frozen. Later they sent me an email saying I had violated the platform's rules so they So they blocked my account and that within the next two days they would roll back my illegal transactions and that I would only be able to regain access to my account and withdraw money after 14 days and after passing KYC. All this because I only earned around $200 USD. I checked the terms and conditions to try to figure out what violation I had committed, and among the countless conditions that constitute a violation of their rules, there was also "opening and closing trades too quickly (e.g., 5 minutes)." This is crazy! I trusted the platform because I saw on Coinmarketcap that it had a large trading volume, but after reading all the reviews about Weex and experiencing it myself, I realized that Coinmarketcap's data is FAKE. Apparently, they don't have liquidity providers; they are the liquidity providers themselves. When you win, they lose, and they win when you lose. That's why every time someone wins money, they block them so they can't continue winning, and they losing money. None of these things happen on other exchanges; Weex is clearly, at the very least, a FRAUD. I'll see if I can withdraw money after 14 days, and if I can't, We will be talking about the fact that it is a complete SCAM. After 14 days, I'll update the review with the results. I also plan to do more in-depth research and a full, detailed video review for my YouTube channel to share with everyworld.

UPDATE 04/19: After 31 days, withdrawals are still blocked. This is very BAD.

04/23, after 39 days, Weex Finally unblocked my account and I was able to withdraw my money.
They reversed my winning trades so I couldn't make any profit but my money was successfully withdrawn.

Funds will be manipulated, not worth the hassle

My spot order funds were frozen because I placed a limit sell order for them. I haven't known this kind of manipulation on any other exchange. I don't feel safe using this platform at all. Not worth it, there are plenty of alternatives.

Stay away from these scammers.

I advise people to stay away from this scam platform as they will freeze your funds for no reason. I signed up to get the bonus they offer for new customers referred and promoted by a popular crypto influencer on YouTube called Crypto Banter. I deposited $10k and received $1000 bonus and started trading thinking everything was okay but one day out of a blue they just froze my account from making any trades for no reason and I was not able to trade. I am an experienced trader and I have been in crypto for long time. I was winning most of my trades and making money. I suspect that’s why they maybe flagged my account and freeze it from trading. I contacted customer service but no one was replying. They only have a bot that kept telling me customer service will be in touch shortly. When I went online and checked forums like Reddit, I found out I’m not the only one, there’s thousands of traders experiencing same issue. I believe they offer these attractive bonuses and get you to sign up to use the platform hoping that you are a newbie and lose money on your trades but if you’re experienced trader and make money they use this dirty tactics and just freeze your account from using. Baffled by the situation and I waited patiently but no response, finally the bonus expired as i had to use it in a short frame of time. Then came withdrawals. I no longer trusted the platform so I wanted to withdraw my funds but they were not allowing me to access funds, forget my bonus and my winnings but not even my original funds of 10k USDT. Frustrated with the situation and after sending multiple messages to customers service and waiting for long time they finally let me withdraw my funds. But account was still frozen from trading. Now I will never trust this type of small exchanges anymore. I suggest to everyone only use big and trusted crypto exchanges, and don’t chase bogus bonuses.
