Scammers. Stay away from this exchange. I registered on that app, then made 3 trades with some profit. Then they banned my account, cited false reasons. They stoled my profit too. Don't give them a single cent, learn from my fault.

Was trading off an airdrop position, started making money and they instantly flagged me for suspicious activity. What was suspicious the fact that I was winning? Such bs. There's much better apps out there.

Scam platform, be aware!!! Platform made by Russian scammers, they have blogger agents, those who act like a pro traders, attract people with fake gains and signals, requesting to open account, deposit minimum 100$ USDT and accept their copy trading. Once you do it, they they gonna open and close couple positions within a seconds. In that scenario your entire deposit will be ripped of by fees, not gain or lose, by FEES. I got scammed like that. Deposited 100$ and accepted copy trading and within a second they ripped me off. Left me 8$ which is unable to withdraw because limit is over 10$. Classic russian scammers.

Avoid this scam exchange, they are quick and easy to freeze accounts and their support is below quality standards. Never using it again!

Never trust anyone claiming to be internal support. Always contact WEEX only through official channels.

I once had a withdrawal delay and customer service replied within about 15 minutes. That was impressive.

Slow app, takes 30 seconds to 5 minutes for anything to show up. Cannot make instant decisions, closing oortiong of a trade actually closes 100% of it. Laggy and you have no idea if a button is responding to you. Awful experience

Frequently changing devices or IPs can trigger risk control. Using a stable network really helps.

I had executed spot limit sell orders on WEEX (TROLLSOL / HOUSE / MOONPIG). The trades were marked as “Filled” and the USDT proceeds were credited.

Later, WEEX applied a rollback, removed 1,292 USDT, and returned the tokens instead. These trading pairs were not included in WEEX’s own abnormal-market affected list.

I have contacted support for more than 60 days. I received only automated replies and no written decision or technical evidence.

I cannot recommend this exchange due to lack of transparency and refusal to resolve a legitimate dispute.

Even during high market volatility, withdrawals stayed fast on WEEX while other platforms were congested.

I deposited USDT via the BASE chain to my WEEX account. The transaction is confirmed on-chain, but WEEX later informed me that BASE is currently an unsupported network.

I understand network limitations. However, the real issue is the lack of support and communication. After multiple weeks of follow-ups via live chat and email, I received no meaningful response, no status update, and no final written decision from the technical team.

User funds should not be ignored without proper communication. I am still waiting for a clear and official response.

I am reporting a coordinated fraud scheme on WEEX involving their Elite Trader 'Чепр Трейд' (Telegram: @CHEPR777). This affiliate attracts users by advertising safe 25x leverage trading in his 31k+ followers channel (I have screenshots of his ads).

However, once I started copy-trading, the trader executed orders with 400x leverage (Order ID: 702713134728610635), which led to the instant liquidation of my account. My total loss is $891.43 USDT.

This is a clear "Churn and Burn" scam where the platform allows an affiliate to use extreme leverage that contradicts their public marketing. WEEX support (Ticket by Erdal) has been notified but refuses to provide a refund despite clear evidence.

I have already initiated formal complaints with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and the CFTC. Do not deposit money here!

The risk control system is very precise. Normal users are almost never affected unless there’s abnormal trading behavior.

If the system detects something unusual, withdrawals may pause temporarily. Just cooperate with support and the issue usually gets resolved.

WEEX uses hot and cold wallet separation, so most assets are stored offline. That’s an important safety feature.
