Outstanding service – true air-conditioning specialists
I can’t recommend We Chill Any Car highly enough.
My 2016 Range Rover Sport had completely lost its air conditioning. I had originally booked an air-con reconditioning service online with a large national chain, paid upfront, and then turned up to find the service centre closed. After that frustration, I took the car to Kwik Fit, who quickly confirmed the system wasn’t holding pressure and advised I needed a proper air-conditioning specialist.
After some research, I contacted We Chill Any Car – and I’m very glad I did.
Mike arrived promptly and immediately inspired confidence. He took the time to clearly explain the full process, the diagnostics involved, and the type of refrigerant used for my vehicle. Within half an hour he had already carried out multiple pressure tests, checked thoroughly for leaks, and run dye through the system to be absolutely sure there were no issues. Everything was shown and explained step by step, which was very reassuring.
Thankfully, no leaks were found, and the system was professionally refilled and brought back to perfect working order. The difference was instant.
I was so impressed that I asked my mum to bring her car over as well – a Peugeot from around 2000 – which Mike regassed on the spot with the same care and professionalism.
Expert knowledge, fair pricing, honest advice, and excellent customer service from start to finish. I’ll be using We Chill Any Car for all future vehicle air-conditioning work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

A technician came around, regassed the car and said that everything was working fine - I didn't check before paying (which was a mistake).
I didn't need to use the A/C for about five weeks; when I did, it was completely useless - the car was cooler without it turned on!
These things happen but when I reported the problem to Wechillanycar they said that they would come back to sort it out.
Despite frequent emails to them they simply ignore the problem.
My advice would be to test that the work has been effective before parting with any money -or- go elsewhere unless you want to be cooked!

Very disappointing :(

Initially impressed with speed of response when booking. However, my car was regassed and then I was informed the reason my air con was not getting cold was because the fan wasn’t working. Took to garage and fan was fine but compressor on air con wasn’t working. Had to pay to have it replaced and a re gas. So air con gassed unnecessarily. Emailed customer service and no response at all!

A big thank you to the company's Director; Mike! A very knowledgable A/C Engineer who is hard working as well as reliable! Offers very honest service where only work that needs to be done is done but to a great standard or reliability and the client is guided very sincerely! His mobile service where he comes to your home is so convenient!

A company to only highly recommend as they value the client and look after then very well!

Paid them £70 to regas the car on 27 May. They 'tested' it and assured me it was OK. A few days later, aircon inop. So they came back and only then were they able to tell me that there was a 'slow leak'. They said they couldn't be expected to have picked up a 'slow leak' (not even a 'slow leak' that lost all the gas within a couple of days, apparently - hate to think what a fast leak is). They claimed to put in tracer dye and left a written report saying that the condenser needed replacing. My garage were a bit suspicious of that (apparently condensers don't usually fail), but on the basis of the written report they replaced it, at significant cost to me. Guess what? - it didn't fix the problem. They found that the leak was actually on the compressor. You know what? Next time I won't waste my money with these 'experts': I'll just go to my local garage who actually know what they're talking about and can tell a condenser from a compressor.

my self and family have been using this company for about 5 or 6 years, all i can say is that its a pleasure to give 5 stars, professional and friendly with all information given so its easy to understand, i do recommend to all family and friends.

From the time I contacted We Chill Any Car the service was great. The person at the end of the phone found me an appointment which suitable for me. The engineer arrived explained what he was going to do and what they look for. He soon diagnosed the problem refilled it the new gas required checked everything was now working correctly and explained the garentee as well. The engineer did this in about 30 minutes and was very friendly. As for the price that was very good and they even came to my house to do the service. I will recommend them to anyone who needs this service.

Paid to have A/C regased,was told there was a fault with my car as the fan was not kicking in apparently he filled up the unit with gas and gave a printout!Took to an auto electrician as advised ,to discover he could not test the aircon as there was zero gas left in the system .complete waste of £59 .Read the reviews for this site. I would not recommend this company.

Would definitely recommend. Nancy was very helpful getting me booked in at short notice, the engineer was polite and professional. The whole experience was impressive and the paperwork is a great reassurance. Thanks!

An efficient fairly priced service. Arrived at my house when he said he would and carried out service to 2 cars quickly and efficiently.

Recommended by my local mechanic when our aircon stopped working. He was running late and the call to let uskll know could have been sooner. However once he arrived he was quick, polite, found out what was happening and what we needed to do next.

Came over, done their job on my cars aircon ( refuel freon gas) checked air con system pressure, took £59.99 and gone.... after a 3 weeks our air con stopped working , tried to contact them many times no responce, texted 10 times no responce, emailed them few times still no responce , and you call them a company???? I would not recommend them to anyone , keep away with such companies

Would not recommend. Enquired about an AC recharge/service and via their website and received an automated reply, but not only did they not show up on the day, they didn’t even have the courtesy to let us know that they wouldn't be coming. Very unprofessional.

Cannot recommend highly enough. The technician , Mike turned up on time, no fuss, professional, very courteous and did the job ! The difference is unbelievable. I had phoned another company who had said if the air con wasn't working, the only thing it would be was a leak. There was no leak, no hidden extras. Being a single female, and having been previously ripped off by garages, I am now always wary but I needn't be with this company. It was an early call so he knocked the door before ringing the bell In case people were asleep - very thoughtful. Mike went above and beyond and listened to me about my poorly dog and even popped in to stroke her and as much as a stranger can, he really made me feel he cared. You can tell he is a decent person with a good heart. And he sorted my air con ! I will recommend this company to everyone I know without hesitation.
