Although the cleaner was initially late (by over an hour) and didn’t communicate to us this would be the case, they did an amazing job of cleaning and I would use the service again.

It was great that we could book very last minute! You get a confirmation within 2 hours, the money is only paid when the work is done. I liked as well the fact that you can write in advance to the cleaning person of your expectations and you can chat with them before the appointment! All in all great experience!

Terrible service - cleaner Jeancirna cancelled a deep clean with less than 24 hours notice, despite us having had the booking weeks in advance. It was the end of tenancy for us with only one day available for cleaning and the app did nothing to find a replacement. Customer service is terrible - only possible to speak to an AI agent who did not find a replacement. Avoid at all costs!!

My one experience is that the cleaner wasn’t well trained. It’s hard to identify who’s truly good by looking at the limited reviews. I would like to see some metrics that makes it easy to tell who is good for long term cleaning. For example, the rate of a cleaner who got converted to regular service by people looking for long term cleaning, and other metrics that can help distinguish the good ones from average.

The cleaner they provided used our Miele vacuum cleaner to hoover up mop water they spilt. Didn’t tell us, and we only realised when we went to use the vacuum a week or so later. It was mouldy inside and no longer worked (in fact blew our fuses when we tried turning it on) and when we tried to make a claim on their insurance we were told we should have claimed within 3 days. We didn’t know within 3 days because the cleaner consealed what she had done! We claimed as soon as we found out.
Have tried appealing and they have refused our claim.
Apart from the terrible aftercare with regard to the hundreds of pounds of damage the cleaner has caused, what sort of cleaner doesn’t realise you can’t vacuum up water? They obviously don’t vet their team at all.

First time booking... cleaner booked for 10am. At 09:56am they message to request starting at 11am instead, as 'running late at another job'. Agreed, then twenty minutes later they cancelled entirely, citing 'family emergency'. I messaged wecasa and got the exact same copy paste response from two people/bots - they even had a discount code lined up ready for exactly this scenario as an 'apology'... Unreliable service and clearly zero care from customer service - have to assume it happens a lot.

First time using the company and so far services are great

Service is pretty simple to use and I got an appointment booked for the very next day which was nice. Couldn’t have felt more comfortable, satisfied would recommend to others.

A wonderful, relaxed experience. Cherrelle was professional and polite. Definitely will book again as the outcome was amazing.
