I've been in IT a long time and suffered no end of useless support people/companies, so much so that it became the norm. When things go well it's easy to just accept it and move on, but I have to tell you that webwiz are the best IT support people I've come across. I'm not sure how long I've been with them (a long time) but it's been completely trouble free and even enjoyable!

I look after a non profit website. The owner when setting up the account with WebWiz used a 'legacy' registration name that does not work reliably with some CMS's- name had a space. Follown an investigation the space issue was identified and Bruce and colleagues reconfigured the webspace, and Email boxes. This was done helpfully, effeciently and at rapid speed. Thank you.

I’ve known of Web Wiz for many years through their classic forum software, so it’s a bit full-circle that I now host a charity website with them. The experience has been excellent from the start: setup was straightforward, performance has been solid, and support has been responsive whenever I’ve had a query.

My WordPress site crashed, and I got an error message that made no sense, so I couldn't solve the problem. Bruce fixed it for me less than five minutes after I submitted a ticket. This response is typical of Webwiz's world-beating customer service!

We have been using Classic ASP on Websites with multiple databases since before the end of the last century. That's at least 24 years. In all that time we have hosted between Canada, USA, the UK and other places. at least involving 50 websites with live data. Anyway, to date we have found no site provider anywhere as good as WebWiz. Splendid hardware, Green, Brilliant in every way. Thank you so much.

I remember using web wiz Forum Classic ASP code over 2 decades ago. At that time it was a versatile, reliable and easy-to-use code.

After 2 decades, having issues with my 15 year old server provider, I decided to look for a responsive and supportive company that cares for the customer. After extensive searches I came across a familiar name. I knew them as code writers but did not know they provided hosting services. After reading lots of positive reviews about them, I decided to give it a go! Afterall I knew they were reliable as I had used their codes for many years. I ordered a server and it was quickly set-up and ready to use. It was a blazing fast server and perfect for my needs. However it was self-managed because I did not want to pay for the managed server.

Due to MY own misconfigurations I started having performance issues. Each time I approached support, although it was not a managed server, they did their best to solve my problems. They offered solutions and actually logged into my server to fix issues.

Regardless of time of the day, I received excellent support, and I can highly recommend Web Wiz Hosting solutions especially to those who need a reliable Windows server solutions.

The support engineer was very knowledgeable and was incredibly helpful when it came to steps that I was uncomfortable performing for myself.

Not only did Bruce let me have some easy to follow instructions but he took the trouble to do complete the DNS record addition that i wanted to do.

Bruce's response and fix for my issue was timely and worked perfectly!

The prompt response provided me with an indication of what I needed to look for - it was a case of my looking for the problem ( which I had caused ) in the wrong area. The helpful suggestion provided sufficient direction for me to discover the issue and resolve it. Without this helpful suggestion and guidance I may still be looking!

I had an annoying and odd FTP issue. This was caused by a file that raised a security issue. WebWhiz quickly and expertly diagnosed the problem and offerred solutions. Typical fast, expert, friendly support from within the UK. This is agreat company and I appreciate all the help provided over many years.
