terrible service

I ordered tiles on the 21st of April (order number W58498 and 10 days later, I called to see where they were, as I had received an email confirmation but no dispatch notification and had received no tiles. I spoke to an advisor and he told me the reason that I had not received the tiles was that their computer was showing a delivery date of the 25th December 2014.
He offered no apology and seemed to think that this unusual but offered this as a reason why nothing had been sent. I asked to speak to a Manager but none were available. In the background I could hear ladies laughing constantly at something.
I will be pushing for a refund and taking my business elsewhere.

Good but can be expensive

Good tiles, huge variety, free delivery, good sample service, but some tiles are quite expensive compared to tile mountain.

Cheap but at a price.

If you want to be supplied with tiles for a job consisting of more than one batch so they don't match, shop here. 2 boxes out of 16 ordered a different batch. What the hell can you do with that? If it was enough to do a wall I might have had a chance but throw me a bone will ya.
I don't expect to have to tell them to send only one batch of tiles, it's their business afterall.
Their T+C state : 27. Where a significant area is to be tiled, it is the responsibility of the Tiler or Tradesperson to use where possible, goods from a variety of separate boxes to ensure that any batch, colour, shading and quality variances are minimised.
I don't consider 18m2 to be significant.
If you want to be ignored after emailing a company about the supply of more than one batch for an order - shop here.
I've been tiling for 30 years and have never come across a company that thinks this is OK.
Analogy:
Sir, your brand new Mercedes is ready. We had to paint one door with a different batch of paint. I hope that is O.K. You can, after all, hardly tell - Well it isn't OK! My dog can tell and he's colour blind!
