Have recieved parts twice from this company. Both times they placed the parts at the front door, very close to the street. Despite I wrote in the message to Webring that it should be placed inside the open garage.

Horrible service. I’ve been waiting for my order for over two weeks now, and this is urgent because it’s food for my pet. I’ve been told five times that it would arrive “tomorrow,” yet nothing has come. When I called yesterday, I was informed that my order was mistakenly sent to a different city and delayed due to a snowstorm (which I understand). However, I was assured it would arrive today—and it still hasn’t. At this point, I’m starting to wonder if this is a scam and whether I’ll ever receive my order. I will definitely never use this webshop again for any future purchases.

Time was change three times. I wrote a message to the drive. Leave the wine inside behinde the white front door as it is always open. He left it outside so that everybody could take it. It was standing outside from 11:00-15:00 that is just not ok. Luckely this is Gentofte otherwise the wine would have been stolen

I can see in the system that we haven’t received your message to the driver. This has happened a few times before. Occasionally the customer can see the information, but it doesn’t come through on our side. Thankfully, it doesn’t happen very often.
Regarding changes to the delivery time, we normally deliver within a 1-hour delivery window, but this may change due to traffic, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Leaving the package in a place where it could be stolen is the last thing we want. But we do wanna apologize for this.
