Don’t believe what this bogus site writes …

T his is the worst most inaccurate misleading source ever. They will say “dangerous to use” on a holistic proven to work product with no back up logic or facts at all. .what they write is obviously being written to support the Rx $$$ community designed to turn people away from an alternative to Rx “symptom reliever” drugs. Why don’t they just shut their mouths when it comes to colloidal silver? They have no knowledge about it so they just say it will hurt you but no reasons why. I’ve been using it for over 10 years and it has saved me and my family from so many maladies. Even above and beyond what many Rx drugs could do in many cases. The credibility of the entire site went down when I read their bad mouthing of something, they obviously don’t know anything about.

Fails to post critical reviews

This website refuses to post critical reviews of doctors. Thus , no point exists in attempting to gauge the quality of a doctor since, for example, a five-star rating very well may be that high because this website failed to post one-star reviews.

They are outright Liars

They are outright Liars. They won't allow you to modify your "listing" without speaking to a little weasel from "DearDoc". I asked many times if there were going to be any costs to do anything he was mentioning several times... "no".
After wasting 30 minutes of my time, here comes the fees, 999 to set up, whatever per month (at that point I was berating him for lying. These people have no ethics, values or scruples. Vincent Baroni

Obnoxiously annoying nonstop ads…

This website has moved beyond the ridiculous with their ads. You cannot even read an article for more than a few seconds before the ads jump you around on the page, or take you back to the top. By the time you locate where you left off in the article, you have been jumped back to the beginning again, thereby making this site not even worth clicking on anymore. It is now obsolete and worthless.
Go directly to Mayo Clinic, do not pass go and save yourself the time and aggravation this website now causes. They obviously cannot afford to maintain their website on their own and have resorted to trying to line their pockets with advertisements as annoying as Facebooks.

CareMax overall service goes beyond bad…

CareMax overall service goes beyond bad to scary. This is what we experienced in the past 9 months.
Office/call center not answering phones, when they do answer it takes over 30 minutes on the line on hold. Or there is no answer at all and if they do they hang up and this was also done to another doctor's office requesting information; after they placed various calls of no answer and sent multiple faxes. If you leave a callback number, we are still waiting on them.
When you do get to talk to someone most of the time is taking days for the nurses to return calls or inquiries. In the rare instant the doctor's office gets the message is all wrong.

And when it comes to request certain vital medication; the insurance company requested an authorization form to be filled out, which took weeks and a lot of miscommunications to the status of it and wrong information given to us by the CarMax. We had to take time off from work and make various trips to the office to try to find out what was going on and each time there was a different answer. Or it was being process by head office. When they finally sent the form it was the wrong one. We are still waiting, and my concern is the effect on my family member's health without it.

On other authorizations taking weeks to send authorizations to specialist, with other doctor's office, this took from hours to days and definitely less than a week.
Also, not letting patients have immediate access to their complete health records (as they no longer have the App), we were told request for records can take 15 days or more.
To top it off, big turnover of personal including doctors, which is bad as they were pretty good.

As mentioned, we find ourselves having to take time off from work and go to the office to get anything done. In Miami Traffic!!!! It has been a very frustrating and concerning process. It can raise anyone's blood pressure to dangerous levels as this is our health. I never write reviews, but I feel our experience needed to be shared.

Twice I was conversing with a WebMD

Twice I was conversing with a WebMD, and then they stopped the conversation and jumped into a credit card page to pay to move forward. I think it’s absolutely horrific, and I will never use them again, and I’m spreading the word.

Without my permission

Without my permission, WebMD Care Directory published an inaccurate practice address, an address in the wrong city and an address where our practice has NEVER been located. On March 14, 2023 I requested the address be updated. I was told that I had to schedule an appointment to ensure that my address was changed to the correct address and to hear about their directory produce and reputation protection product. I replied that I was not interested in their products and, again, asked that they update the practice address be updated to the address I provided. This is our public address where our practice has been located since May of 2017 after being located at another address for over 25 years. Eventually, they updated the address to our previous address. A client arrived at our current address late and frustrated that they had gone to the address provided by WebMD and found that we were not located there. I sent another email to WebMD requesting the update in June of 2023 and several emails over the course of the next seven months requesting the change. There was no change other than to ask me to schedule an appointment to learn about their programs - including reputation. If this company sincerely cared about protecting a company's reputation they would not publish an inaccurate address for seven months when they had been notified of their inaccuracy knowing that they were jeopardizing their own reputation as a respected resource. On January 17, 2024 I received an email stating simply that the address would be changed by Friday. There was no apology for the frustration caused to our clients or for the time wasted. Shame on WebMD

I will never use WebMD again

I will never use WebMD again. How can I trust a company that either A. Has no understanding of the facts/benefits related to working from home. Or B. Is just straight up lying and forcing hard working employees into an unproductive, unsafe environment? Shameful. I will make it my mission to tell everyone I know how bad this company is.

Dr. Satyesh Rana

Dr. Rana, Oh my! Not sure how to express the gratitude I feel for him and his wonderful Staff in office and in surgery. Dr. Rana has no Idea how much life he has given me. I have had four aneurisms and a stroke that cost me my left eye vision. I had been using glasses since the age of 6 and now at 64 was losing the only vision I had of my right eye, no longer able to drive and looking at what my life would be like. I felt that I had reached the end of my independence. I was so sad that for a few months I was so depressed. Then God put Dr Rana in my path, since the first day I felt hope and excitement of what could be in the future. My instinct said go for it! Do IT! And I did. Everything Dr. Rana spoke to me about and the expectation of surgery did not even come close to the result of my now 20/20 right eye vision and the exceptional peripheral vision of my left eye.
Dr Rana, every day you will be in my prayers, I will thank God for placing you in this earth, and allowing you to become who you are, a professional of empathetic nature, dedicated to your patients. With willingness to listen and discuss, your humbleness of under promising and overdelivering. You are one fantastic young man, and I will always be thankful for this new view of my life you gave me...
