I have been working WebHostingBuzz for years, and their support is always very competent. Quite often they solve and fix the problem I might be having or as a minimum give me instructions to resolve other systems for myself! Totally recommend their service and really use the support when you have issues, it will save you learning a million things and TIME!

Patient, knowledgeable, and thorough!

OMG! A friend notified me that my entire website was down. When I contacted WebHostingBuzz, my tech support person checked and found ALL my files had been deleted. He was able to find a backup of the files and restore my ENTIRE website in a matter of a few minutes while I waited. Although it should have taken up to an hour, he had it done perfectly in about 10 minutes or less. Thanks to Erwin Zainal, who was so polite and helpful, I have avoided major time and cost. Thank you Erwin !

Fast and accurate

Professional, quick, and patient. My MX records were misbehaving after the DNS nameserver IP address change. The team not only identified the issue, but quickly made the necessary changes that got me and my accounts back on solid ground again.

Great support and very fast responding. I have been with WHB sinnce 2011 and never had problems with server or the support they provide. Also the servers are faster than good few other service providers.

I'm a customer of WebHostingBuzz since 2008. It's been 15 years now. I had 2 of their shared hosting plans, one reseller plan and also one business hosting plan which I had recommended to an entrepreneur friend. Everything has been smooth and their support also is very quick and comprehensive no matter how small the request, they are very helpful and quick to get back.

Whenever I have needed them, they have responded as quickly as possible.
The advisors are always very friendly, and understand that one does not always know the subject of servers.

Had been with WHB for years when last summer they lost several months worth of my emails.

Not only were they unable to recover them from backups but they basically blamed me for a script they ran that caused it but refused to provide any explanation as to why the configuration I'd been using for 13 years without any issues was suddenly an issue for them and their badly-defined and insufficiently-tested email deleting script.

Web Hosting Buzz is Excellent Company .. the company has a Great Servers with a great Technical Support, Friendly billing assistant .. really i'm felling in my Home .. i like WHB So much

I am glad there is a platform to summarize my review.
Money cannot buy the technical and customer service that I received at WebHostingBuzz.
While being at best with their technical skills, the support team, especially Ivan T, had gone above and beyond to get my website migrated smoothly under difficult conditions.
I am rating this 5 Stars for the promptness and timeliness of their responses. I appreciated their patience in taking the time to explain why we needed to take a certain route of action. I rated 5 Stars for their technical skills in solving particular problems on my website. And 5 stars for being humanely understanding the urgency of my request and doing the best they can to comply.

I transfered over a domain name to Webhostingbuzz and they won't allow me to access to it to renew with the current holder (namecheap). With my domain set to expire soon, I have no way of renewing my domain through the current holder because WebhostingBuzz registered themselves as the OWNER of the domain.

WebHostingBuzz is a reseller -- and as part of their fradulent activity, then use a third party to renew and/or buy domains for customers then when they don't renew in advance, they lock their account (and domain) so they cannot use the actual domain registrar (who currently hold the domain name).

Aside from the shoddy hosting I experienced and subsequently left them YEARS ago, WebhostingBuzz, is also practicing fradulent activities with domain mains.

Please do not use this service -- as the reviews state, this company does not have customer service, and they will scam you to make a dollar.
