Great experience. Clear guidelines, costs and expectations regarding what was expected from us as the client in regards deadlines, content and decisions was set out. Where we wanted to make adjustments were accommodated, and when we had brilliant ideas that would have pushed the site way beyond our budget we were given full notice and costings so we could decide before Webhads did the work.
The site ended up being far better than we had expected within our budget constraints and we have had a complete hosting service with zero downtime and where we have wanted additions to have been made to the site they have been done within a couple of hours at a reasonable rate.
Will defintely use Webheads again for the next site and we continue to host our site with them due to the reliability, immediate attention and great advice moving forward.
