lawless service

Missing wheels of the chair!!!

I have bought an office chair. the delivery was on time and I got the chair very fast. However, the office chair is missing 5 wheels! I believe that they should not sell a chair without attaching wheels to it. When complained, they contacted the supplier, but no answer from them. As a result: I have a big chair lying around the corner that I can't use yet! I would call this a fast delivery of a bad product!!!

Update, after some email exchanges, they sent me a set of wheels that fits the chair, now I can use it.

All of our chairs comes with wheels, unfortunately there was a mistake with your chair and the wheels wasnt in the box but we're doing our best to get you the wheels for your chair and i will keep you updated on Email.
