Consistently the hides delivered are undersized. While advertised as 14 to 16 square feet, the hides I received averaged under 13 squared. The first set I returned under their promise of free returns including shipping but was still charged $14+ for "handling. I reordered and received the same hides I had just returned. I was denied any adjustment on price for the shortage.
My order was flagged as fraudulent and canceled, and it wasn't easy to replace due to the many items involved. Brianna went above and beyond to assist me. Thank you Brianna, I'm giving her 5 star.
