Don’t waste your money

Don’t waste your money, beautiful necklace when you first get it, not even five months later the picture falls out and they won’t replace their mistake they only offer 25% off to buy another one. I refuse to buy another when it’s up to them to make it right and replace what should have never broke to begin with.

This is a great company

This is a great company! Very proud of their products as I am of my purchases. I had a small issue ..I contacted them..they corrected it and i am on to my next purchase. Check out their products….they are top notch, and their customer service representatives are very knowledgeable and will help you until you are satisfied, Do yourself a favor , check them out!

Extremely disappointed

I was extremely disappointed with the bracelet that I ordered. It is very difficult to actually see the picture inside the gem. I contacted customer service and they basically told me I have put it up to my eye like I'm looking through a microscope in order to see it. That is something that was not made clear in their ad.

I placed an order and was confirmed on…

I placed an order and was confirmed on 8/26, then 8/28 through an app called SHOP tracking system stated it had been delivered. The recipient did not find a package anywhere and I can’t get anyone from this company to respond to my inquiry. It is also concerning how wuickly it was made and then shipped out, makes me question what the quality will be. What a poorly managed company.

Be careful

I bought some bracelets and a charm but didn't realize that I didn't take out the picture charms in my cart so ended up with 3 of the same picture charm. I immediately contacted them and they said they couldn't cancel them out. BS... On top of that not one of the charms pictures are clear. I gave to my daughter as a gift and they will only let me return the bracelets and the charm if in original packaging which I threw out. I have wanted to buy from them for a while and am so sorry that I did.
