Sapphire through to my retirement now.
I’ve used Sapphire for years and i’ve found everyone I’ve spoken to polite, honest and efficient.
Any problem i’ve had (usually not their fault) has been quickly dealt with. A special mention for Pollie who just now helped me but all staff are brilliant.
Thanks to management too for selection and training of them. 👍
