Unhappy client

3 weeks ago ordered a dress through Amazon - even though a Royal Mail tracking number was created nothing moved on the RM site - No goods - fortunately had a refund. Undeterred as I still wanted the item re-ordered direct on the above Company -could not believe that the same problem was unfolding.. once is bad luck but twice!
Contacted customer service but no response - no apology or explanation or as yet refund.. It all leads me 2 one conclusion.. I wouldn’t recommend using the concern as u could end up extremely disappointed.

Not even one star

I wouldn’t give them one star if I could. Ordered trousers from them via amazon. They were too short so returned using Royal Mail collection service. Royal mail tried to deliver to the firm’s return address but there was no one at this address which worries me. Parcel still not returned to me. Do not order anything from this company as this all seems a bit suss.

Wrong item sent, NO refund received

I ordered 2 dresses 1 beige, 1 lime. The dresses arrived okay but they sent a white and a lime dress. White wasn't even an option on the website and unfortunately I already have a the same dress in white, purchased elsewhere. I returned by Royal Mail via the link on their website 2 weeks ago, tracking says it was delivered on the 18th August but have heard nothing, have whatsapped and emailed, no response received.
Kindly refund £17.99 and respond to my messages.

WON'T LET ME RETURN!!

I need to return a skirt and they wont let me. There is no number to call and the 'live chat' on the website is never live- they just ask for your contact details and don't get in touch. They sent me an email saying they will send me further details and nothing came... it's been over a week now!

DO NOT BUY!

DO NOT BUY!! They won’t send your items or only send one item out of your entire order. They won’t refund you even after months. And when you dispute with your credit card company they will show they sent your items (even though it was only one item out of many) so they card company won’t side with you. IT IS INSANE! They literally took over $400 from me and I only have 2 items to show for it which are socks. WHAT A PIECE OF CRAP COMPANY

DO NOT BUY from this company We placed an order at the beginning of March with next day delivery. The item arrived but over 8 days later, we decided to return the item through the instructions on the website. It was received back to the company by Royal Mail tracked on 15th March, It’s now MAY 5th and still NO REFUND we have sent so many emails to chase but NO REPLY we have tried the other contact options but says not available, live chat sayes they will get back to us with an email but NOTHING. Avoid.
When I receive a reply or refund I will update my comments in here.

Never received my order

I placed an order in December and I still haven’t received it. Customer service keeps saying it’ll ship soon, it’s been 3 months. Be very cautious ordering from them! I left 5 reviews on their website and they all just get deleted.

I ordered a ladies jumper for my carer

I ordered a ladies jumper for my carer, didn't expect delivery before Christmas, but new year ok. Surprised to see : order received, despatched: not received, they WearAll day
delivered on December 21 and photo evidence by Post Office shows it delivered, wrong, the photo shows 2 small packages from Amazon, which were expected, The photo was nothing to do with WearAll consignment. Made seven phone calls to PO.to try and sort out, WearAll. probably did despatch, but have not arrived at this address and are using photo as excuse for not investigating. All they say is delivered and calling me a liar. The Post Office have opened an investigation. I can't say if the goods are good or bad, because I haven't received the item. I'm not looking for sympathy, I'm housebound, severely handicapped and see all delivery agents and this parcel was not delivered. In my personal condition to be ,called a liar is disgusting. I will not accept their attitude and with the help of Amazon will try to prove that I'm not a liar, just a 80 year old male who has seen businesses like WearAll not caring for their customers. The order is low value, but at the moment, I'm the loser!

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company! I ordered a jumper online and a completely different one was sent out to me!
Have sent four emails with no response and nobody answers the phone!! Avoid!!

Next day delivery took 2 weeks

I purchase a cardigan for my daughters birthday on next day delivery which didn’t arrive, after numerous emails they eventually responded and said they would resend on a next day delivery, this replacement has also not arrived and they are still not answering my emails, I would never purchase from this site
again!! As per their response, I was told it would be with me by Tuesday at the latest, if I receive it today I will amend my review, but that still doesn’t make up for the fact I paid for next day delivery 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received the item or had a response for the request to refund that payment!!
Item finally arrived on Thursday, 2 weeks after my daughter’s birthday!! I requested a refund for the next day delivery 3 times but had no response again! I want to return the item now as had to purchase a different item, so will see if I get a response

Wear all impossible to contact

Bought a pair of trousers from WearAll and they sent the wrong size. Followed the instructions to return them on the 25th September 2024 and no refund given to date . It’s impossible to get in touch with them. Mail box is full, WhatsApp number doesn’t ring and no tel no listed anywhere that I can find.

Shocking customer service & poor quality items

The wrong item arrived but I didn't bother to complain as I still quite liked the item that was received however after a few washes, the item is now faulty and all misshaped. Emailed to report the issue, waited 2 weeks for a response with a short and blunt reply stating return periods at 30 days. You should be accepting responsibility for not 1 but 2 issues that are both your fault and arranging a refund. Shocking customer service and very poor quality items!
