Website is simple to use and to design online, queries quickly answered on the phone, pricing clear, no hidden add-ons later, quick supply and fit and, most importantly, great quality door.
There are sharks out there, my experience with WDD was excellent (& the cheapest option).

From my first enquiry with Kerrie Wilkinson, the customer service was excellent. Kerrie took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I chose the right front door. I never felt rushed—if anything, it seemed the company wouldn’t proceed with my order until they knew I was completely satisfied with my choice.
The measuring appointment was arranged very quickly.
Rod, the installer, was a pleasure to deal with and did a fantastic job.
I couldn’t be more pleased with my new front door and would highly recommend WE DO DOORS.

Good product great price.
Very friendly and helpful. The main company is UK wide (based in Scotland I think) but use local trades to do installation. The other good thing is the guy who measured up was the guy who fitted the doors, not just a salesman with a clipboard. Quality of the doors was good for the money, i.e. not ‘top end’ but neither was the price, and pretty much the same as you would get from a diy store, but made to measure, and the quality of the installation was excellent. Would definitely recommend if you want a reasonable product at a very good price.

Exceptionally high level of customer service. The speed, professionalism and effectiveness of how We Do Doors dealt with the problem I was having with my door was incredible. From start to finish no detail overlooked - The customer service representatives were thorough, professional and unbelievably fast in every response. I am honestly amazed by the consistently excellent standards this company has. I was highly impressed when we originally ordered the door, but to have that level of care and attention to detail continue 3 years later when we were not ordering, but experiencing a problem with our door - Absolutely Fantastic! I would 1000% recommend anyone who wants to have complete trust in the company they're buying a door from to order from We Do Doors. So pleased with the service, help from Craig choosing the door and the help he gave with making choices. Once I ordered the door I was given regular updates by email from Lennon. The door was fitted perfectly by Rod and I am delighted with the result. The service provided was excellent throughout.

Our door on warm hot sun on it it…
Our door on warm hot sun on it it expands and causes major issues with unlocking and locking the door, it happens all the time when sun on it, as is bowing so bad, we even had to leave door unlocked as we went to work first time it happened on a Sunday, gradually getting worst due to weather getting warner. We complain direct, now ignoring our emails. Not helpful

The door was fitted 3-4 months ago and one of the seals was damaged as the door had droped slightly. One phone call and the fitter came out and fixed no problem. Great service thanks

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Finally have a new door installed. I think this was probably a difficult fitting because of the shape of the old door as we live in a very old house but they fit it no problem and h the e door looks great

Two Doors Fitted
The process from ordering the doors to getting them fitted was straight forward. I received excellent advice and help from 'We Do Doors' and the price quoted was what I ended up paying. The fitters were professional and turned up on time. Overall I'm very satisfied with the doors and the service I received.

Great service from start to finish
I put in our door requirements on the We Do Doors website, the same day I received a call to discuss exactly what we needed. They advised the door I had selected was much more expensive than an almost identical option which was significantly cheaper with an equally high standard. We ordered the door and a fitter was sent out to measure up. Communication from ordering to fitting was really good. Rafal fitted the door and has done a fantastic job. We are really pleased with the service from We Do Doors and extremely pleased with the door and installation. We would recommend them.

Good door and installation BUT.....
I had a door installed some years ago however have very recently experienced issues with the locking mechanism jamming. Be aware that the company do not offer any after service or repair. They emailed me to go and get a locksmith to fix it. I wasn't expecting it to be done for free due to the time that has elapsed but I didn't expect the brush off either.
