Brilliant service
I found the company online and looked at the reviews and then designed my two doors. I then spoke to a member of the team who went through my choices. He then gave me a few days to consider and I was contacted the Friday to see whether I still wanted to place the order. Which I did.
I was then contacted and given the name of the fitter. Who came and measured up. These were sent in and all throughout the process I was updated with how the order was progressing.
I was then contacted by the fitter for a date when he could come and install them. This was yesterday. I am so pleased with the finished product he did a great job.
The service I've received from the very first call, to the installing and quality of the doors and the friendly and helpful lady who took the payment have been exemplary.
It has made the process so simple.

From requesting the initial quote on the website I was contacted within an hour. Comms throughout were really good, but also courteously relaxed and in no way pressuring to go with them.
Final quote was brilliant- literally 50% less than other companies I had quotes from. It was so good I had slight anxiety, but that turned out to be misplaced.
The door was fitted a month ago now and I am over the moon with it. Top quality, delivered and fitted in good time and no issues, so overall very happy.
Communication remained good throughout, updating me every step of the way on the manufacture, and they checked up to make sure everything was ok a week after the fitting.
Excellent service all round and would highly recommend.

looks good, but issues when doors is exposed to the sun
the doors looks perfect exactly as ordered, but wouldn't open when exposed to the sun. They tried to fix it, but its still an issue. I had to send them multiple videos and pictures of door not opening ( !) still no fix. I am lucky I have a garden door that I can use- otherwise, this would be a big problem. I recommend discussing this point before ordering door from them.

Following your report, we have attended on two separate occasions and carried out inspections to check for any bowing or manufacturing defects. On both visits, the door was found to be within acceptable tolerances and showed no evidence of any issues that would prevent the door from operating correctly.
The door is fitted with a heritage lock, which is designed to be operated by first relieving the compression on the door then engaging the lock.
Our team are in touch with you regarding this and will always support where needed.

This is the second time we have ordered a door from We Do Doors.
Although you do a quote online their friendly team promptly call you to go over your specifications before they send a fitter out to measure up. All their staff are very helpful and friendly but a huge mention to Lisa and Samantha
Whilst our door was being made they kept us informed and Phil did a lovely job fitting it.
Would recommend and use again, great customer service, value and quality.

I purchased a composite door from We-Do-Doors, which was fitted in January 2025, and I’ve been really impressed with the service from start to finish.
From the initial purchase through to installation, communication was excellent. Sam McFarlane, who handled everything for me, was professional, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. The door fitter, Phil, was also excellent—very professional, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in his work.
Recently, I noticed the door had dropped slightly and the handle wasn’t operating as smoothly as it should. I contacted We-Do-Doors, and within just a few days, Sam had arranged for Phil to come back out and take a look. He quickly fixed the issue, adjusted everything properly, and now the door works perfectly again. Sam also organised a couple of grub screws and a small cap cover to be sent in the post. I fitted them myself as it was easy to do. Again, a very efficient service.
It’s reassuring and refreshing to deal with a company that not only provides a quality product but also stands by its aftercare and customer service. Really pleased with the overall experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend We-Do-Doors to anyone looking for quality products, excellent communication, and professional service. Oh, and the initial purchase price was very competitive as well.
