I ordered in November 2024 and never received my order! Was initially told it would be delivered in February but never received it. they never answered my emails

I paid for an item and they never sent it. For 3 months when I would email they would tell me the item was just delayed and then since December 2024 they have no replied. SCAM

Don’t order! They took my money and never delivered. They would never take my calls either.

They are thieves! taking orders and payment then ghosting buyers. Appears their physical stores have closed, website still up and running, taking $ from buyers and not sending out orders or responding to phone calls or email. Phone number rings out. Now in middle of disputing charges with credit card company but they DID get a response from the company, although just a copy of the order with no proof of any additional correspondence or shipment/delivery. This is after three months.

This company is a scam. Ordered a table in early December. Never got delivered and no refund. No response to any inquiries. They went under but are stealing money from online orders for months now. Stay away!

The customer is frustrated with Wazo's poor service after receiving a damaged bed. They attempted to get in touch for a price adjustment or return, even driving to the Verdun location in October, but have received no resolution. Despite being told the issue would be addressed, they are still waiting for action.

I think they went bankrupt,and launched a special prior to leaving with everyones money. Ordered chairs and a table - it was never delivered and now I am unable to get a hold of them

I've experienced the same issue as most of the other one-star reviews. I placed an order in November 2024 and never received it and I wasn't able to reach anyone from the company in December. Since there was a postal strike and the holidays, I waited it out. In early January 2025, I tried to contact the company again. No success. That's when I decided to google search it.. and found the CTV articles in both Toronto and Montreal. They have vanished but are still taking order (money) from customers. You will not receive your products. Please report this as fraud to your bank and credit card company.

STAY AWAY FROM WAZO. I ordered 2 chairs on December 3rd (order # WZ187860). They never got delivered and they never got back to me after contacting them via emails multiple times. I will initiate a chargeback with my bank.

Ordered stools in Nov 2024 and they at first responded to my initial email saying they were shipping mid December.
I have now filed a claim with my cc company as it appears they went out of business. Their website needs to be taken down as they are still taking orders and payment.

I’m not sure what happened to this business. They were very good. I bought a table, chairs and bench online in November and never got it. You can’t get a hold of them at all. I filed a claim with my bank and got a full refund. I really wanted what I ordered and had to settle for something similar at another store but not the same. Disappointed. I can’t believe their website is still accepting purchases. They are steeling people’s money.

Apparently out of business? Ordered 6 stools 3 months ago never got them. Can't contact through phone or email. $600 down the drain.

If I could give a zero start review I would.

I purchased a Shelving unit in November and 7 to 10 day business days was the delivery promise, as it was in stock. They charged my Visa, And I never received any shipping confirmation, tracking number, or the shelving unit. I have reached out to them numerous times. Their phone number is now disconnected. Their social media is either shut down or they have blocked me. There are plenty of other people in the boat who are unable to get a hold of them. They have disconnected their phones and shut down. But their website is somehow still fully operational and of course has a review feature on its home page! Only featuring five star reviews of course. They are openly scamming people now and I can’t believe their website hasn’t been shut down yet.

They were in the news as closed/bankrupt. I’m shocked to see the website is still going and taking credit card information.

DO NOT FALL FOR IT. ITS NOW FRAUD AND HAS BEEN REPORTED TO THE POLICE.

I have purchased several items in last 2 years . They closed north York location, not answering calls nor emails.
They send a part of order and not responding for the rest.

Website still accepting and cashing online orders even though the office businesses are closed in Montreal and Toronto. Phones lines are also down and emails are not being returned.

I strongly advise against purchasing from Wazo Furniture Store. If you have already placed an online order and made a payment, please report it to the police. Scammers need to be reported, investigated, and held accountable!

Zero service. Haven’t answered an email or call since they took my payment in November. Do not order anything from them.

This is a fraudulent merchant. After purchasing a coffee table and getting a confirmation of the order, didn't receive any shipping update after 20 business days. There line is now disconnected and they are unresponsive to the dozens of emails I've sent.
