**** because the company did their bit well

A gift for Grandson, he hasn't written a thankyou letter (haha I'm 94) but it arrived fairly promptly, .... not Saturday (as advised on Friday), but on Monday, left on the doorstep without knocking, in N London, but delay probably down to delivery agent ('Royal' Mail ?). Four * because the company did their bit well.

Wayland but not Waylaid

Most of what I ordered arrived on time. One item may be still outstanding. But otherwise good service. All decent value for money.

Would prefer Post Office is used as they deliver to hand. Other companies know on the door and run away (Is this guising?)
