I bought 2 mats for my motorhome. They came quickly and are expecting what I asked for
We have bought many caravans from here service was brilliant. Then we bought a lunet lexon which had its faults and took nearly a year to get them sorted but in that year caravan could not be used and we lost faith in it so thought take it back and up grade to a little better so we paid £12000 pounds it saw a caravan for 14000 they offered 7000 for the lunar so total let down
Brilliant and friendly service.
Waudby's were the only website found by Google that listed the part I required. Both Bailey and Alko could not supply the jockey wheel spindle for my 5 year old Bailey Unicorn Seville caravan.
I phoned Waudby's to check the website part description and ordered the out of stock item in advance of it being supplied by the manufacturer 2 days hence. Then I had a call from Waudby's apologising the part had not been delivered to them as promised and was no longer manufactured, They had tried to find out the reason to no avail and so offered a refund. But I was up a proverbial creek as the caravan was unusable without the part. However I received another call from them suggesting an alternative which on closer measurement would do the job with a little DIY.
Fantastic service and time by Waudby's staff for a relatively low cost item.
Bailey's and Alko get zero stars and have a lot to learn about customer service.
Well done Waudby's and I'll always go there first on another occasion.
I have just recently used waudbys caravan centre after finding them on the internet. Their customer service is the best ever, and if I want any advice, I will always ring waudby's.
In my view why use anyone else, fantastic service and they are able to supply anything you want.
Following a battery problem with my new caravan bought from Wandahome I was unable to get any help from Wandahome but Waudbys came to the rescue and arranged for a credit on the faulty battery. What a brilliant gesture to help keep relationships. Will certainly use them again unlike Wandahome who must be one of the most unhelpful caravan distributors in this country
