Solar panels installed May 2023

Solar panels installed May 2023. Part of the warranty was a 25 year Performance/Production Guarantee. This warranty can be exercised every 2 years for the duration of the warranty.

In August 2025, attempted to exercise warranty provision. After much bull shit, Wattsun determined they owed me 200 some dollars and that was it. They claimed that this provision of the warranty was only for 2years, and sent me language (from the contract???) stating such.

I sent them a copy of my contract that says every 2 years for the life of the contract. A reasonable person could only conclude that WATTSUN was being, at a minimum, DECEPTIVE, DISHONEST, …….would you do business with someone who is dishonest?

Have heard nothing back from DANNY since 2/26—evidence that Wattsun doesn’t give a shit about customer satisfaction.
