A very very poor experience
\I am being generous giving even a one star to the company. I did not find them professional at all. It said it all when a carer confirmed that they have not come across anyone with a disability and that i was the youngest one they cared for. A huge language barrier- me having to constantly repeat instructions in different ways in English and them constantly using the wrong terminology in their notes. I was even informed that certain carers used Chat GPT to write their notes and statements on a service user. Surely this is a security issue. I find the management rude and making rules over night rather than following a clear care plan- they call themselves a 'risk assessor' but do not risk assess correctly ~(being a risk assessor myself) there are too many 'what if's' than the reality of the situation. All staff including management need to attend Equality 2010 training. I have NOT been cared for the way i needed to be. The company try to 'disable' you rather than 'enable' you. They have deprived me of a shower for 3 weeks- by refusing to transfer me to my shower chair when I've already had everything in place after risk assessing myself and social. I've had to be put on 'safe guarding' by Social due to their two carers (I feel sorry for service users who can't express when carers are rough on them). They constantly threaten their carers of termination if they did anything extra in their carer duties as they are on sponsorship. I am glad to leave this company who do not understand the term of 'disability'. They are so petty- wanting their shoe covers back that carers used to enter my property. I was going to bin them anyway! Carers have left damage to my property by constantly removing paint from my doors and radiator by banging the transfer equipment. I do not recommend this care firm to anyone. Worst experience. CQC to inspect this firm
