While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Be very careful with this company or the allocated property manager

Be very careful with this company. Had a clean 100% tenancy record including 100% bond refund but their egregious claims during my tenancy were unprofessional.

Luckily had taken all the pictures before/during and at end of my tenancy. They also had a tendency to ignore majority of emails/requests from myself, including a pest issue at day of moving in (lots of dead/live ants).

Waterpoint Building ManagementAustralia Avenue Sydney Olympic Park

I live in the dual towers, 1 & 7 Australia Avenue Sydney Olympic Park. To be honest they keep the building clean. My gripes are;

- in the 2+ years I've lived here they have only once responded to an email and that was because I highlighted that I really needed a response.
- despite being a secure building, it's not. There is no need to use a pass during business hours to access the site from certain doors.
- it is also possible to access the site from other areas of the buildings.
- because of this lack of security parcels are often stolen as the mail boxes are only able to fit standard letters.
- I've informed them of the risks this lack of security causes. I've even pointed out that it's a physical risk to the tenants here, yet they don't bother replying.

They put it back on the tenants by posting signs on the walls and in the lifts telling people to have deliveries sent to parcel lockers even though couriers can't do this and some retailers won't deliver to parcel lockers or PO boxes.
- they finally got a phone app built, but after installing, it said it can't run on my near new phone.
