I received someone else's order. I had to return it myself at my own expense. I didn't receive a refund, only information that my order was being processed and a threat that if I sent another email, I would be blocked. After receiving someone else's package, the only thing I requested was a refund for the order.

I bought 3 straps and in a hurry clicked on the wrong option for one of them. Hoped they would exchange one and sent a (very) polite exchange request.

Got a 4 word answer to which I responded - pointing out that was not good service. And then

"You are banned. For life!"

Banned from an online shop.
Absolutely hilarious, 5 stars for entertainment value but zero for customer service.

I ordered a tropical rubber strap believing it would be good quality and the length would be correct. It took a month to get here and when it did instead of being 120mm and 75mm it was 130mm by 80mm even though the website said otherwise. To cap it off it was lower quality than the one I bought off stratify and was trying to replace, also twice the price. These people are scam artists. Do not give them your money!

Standard old stock Hirsch straps sold as "personalized" probably so as not to have to honor the 14 day return/refund as stipulated under EEC rule. So be careful: selection process is not straightforward and C° is very quick to reject any responsibility: NO RETURNS accepted. My strap did not fit and dates from 2016 - so that was 250€ down the drain. Murky business

I wouldn't give it even one star..... they just don't deliver what the preach... when corrected they sent a mail with no excuse. Poor customer service.... hope they enjoy my 200€..... paupers!!

Mainly sell obsolete models Hirsch watch straps. Moreover far above the normal Hirsch retail price...

I answered what I thought was a Costco Survey for a free prize and all you had to pay was shipping and handling to get the prize. I used my credit card in case it was a scam and sure enough it was. I got charged the shipping and handling and when we got the watch it was a hunk of junk. I called and told them the watch didn't work and they said they would send a replacement free of charge and within minutes of the phone call my credit card was hit again for $67.74. I called them and told them what had happened and they said that I had agreed to their terms and conditions. Long story short I canceled my credit card and ordered a new one and disputed the charges. These people are scammers!

I ordered the Sport Watch Loop but they send me an other one instead not same as the picture on their web page I did get some cheap shxx.

I regret that I did not check out their reviews before I ordered.

The only reason why I gave it one star is because they do not allow to give it zero. I bought the Richard Mille Tool - paid over €99.86 and did not receive it. Also, they will not answer my emails. A class action is in order for this company!

I have bought a supposed shark mesh. from the Staib brand. for € 95. Model 2797. It was steel and 64 grams of weight and I got a 10 € Chinese strap. I have been cheated. they are a shame. You have to report this company. He has scammed many people. spread it on social networks and hopefully. have to close. by scammers. staib brand. the worst of the market be careful

I wish there was a way to give it a zero star rating. When you order they act as if your item is available only to be shown after you pay for it that it’s “back ordered”. It will remain in that status for months and no one will reply to your emails. There is no physical address and no contact number. I eventually had to get my bank to reverse the transaction. It’s scam. A nice website with a scam. DO NOT order from these people. You have been warned.

Really bad experience! They stole money from my credit card 2 weeks after the purchase. Scammers!

I bought one bracelet which was delivered quickly and i had a good experience to be honest. Unfortunately i then bought two more straps one of which was not available so they emailed me saying order on hold until the other strap is reordered even it was showing in stock when i made the purchase. They also said it takes 7 days to reorder but if custom made then expect 28 days. Frankly this is cheating and they have no right to lie about strap availability and then decide on my behalf to wait even i paid extra for shipping. I started calling but no response. I tried to log in and email then but my account was suspended. I just finished calling my bank and they promised to chase them. Dont buy from this company!

This is an update to the above. I recently received what inlaid for so that’s not as bad as i thought. However, i will not purchase anymore from them as the trust is gone.

Worst company ever! They don’t answer to e-mails en when you call about the wrong delivery they won’t pick up en block your phonenumber! Scam!!!!

My experience has been no different from many of the other's on this website. This is blatant scam. Customer service is none existent.

The Modern Watch Co. is a terrible Scam. Was told my Wife's Watch arrive October 27,2019. Of course it was never delivered and today is Dec. 02 2019. Is there any one that knows how to contact them??

Don’t use; absolutely unreliable and I can say they stole my money. I paid 270 euro which they said they did not receive. Sent them proof of payment. The lady Samantha Cohen became rude and now I learned they blocked my email address

Ce site est tout simplement à éviter. Colis envoyé en express avec suivi mais jamais reçu. Le SAV fait le sourd d'oreille. Aucune réponses ni aux emails ni aux appels.
Passez votre chemin et ne commandez surtout pas sur ce site!
