Casio 3502 has a uselessly faint alarm sound which cannot be improved.

Ordered a watch. Package delivered today. They sent me the wrong watch. The invoice inside the parcel is for a completely different person, showing their name, address and telephone number. Flagged this with customer service and they just fobbed me off and asked me to send the watch back. Highly concerning behaviour regarding customer data.

I brought a watch knowing it was out of stock and would wait for delivery. The commutation from Watch Pilot was absolutely fantastic. Replying to my emails literally within minutes. Watch arrived today (before my son’s birthday) and packaged very well and the watch is perfect. Very positive experience. If only every vendor was this good.

First time ordering from Watch Pilot, but the deal on the Tissot PRX 35mm was hard to beat by other retailers I usually buy from. I was also slightly sceptical about the authenticity of the watch, but when it arrived, I did a thorough check and there was nothing wrong with it at all. They dispatched it the same day (ordered in the morning) and it arrived the next day via Royal Mail. First order, but definitely not the last.

orderd armani watch 11 october only arrived to 20 t november ill iv done is email them asking when il get it if i was lucky to get a response aft 2 day was just sayin on back order it was meavin to get in touch with them all the time thy never got intouch with me then last week found phone number to them left message and some man called me back an said same but frii last week rang again was told it be in this week and thy send it with royal mail it was for my grandson birthday in november which i finaly received today never again would i buy of this site ther a joke take the money first then your left waitin for over a month

The original watch I ordered was a birthday gift. It was on back order but was hopeful it would arrive on time, as the birthday was getting nearer it was apparent it wasn’t going to arrive, I contacted your customer support team who changed my order for a different watch in stock and sent it out for next day delivery, happy to say I have it now in time for the birthday

I ordered a Mondaine Classic White Green (A660.30360.16SBF) watch from Watch Pilot for my husband’s birthday and waited 28 working days with no proactive updates at all. I had to chase repeatedly, was promised call-backs that never happened, and was given conflicting information by different staff.

I was first told the watch was delayed due to Christmas manufacturing backlogs, then later told by a manager that Mondaine had actually stopped making the watch altogether. After all that, my order was suddenly cancelled without my agreement and I was left waiting for my refund, which took days to arrive.

Watch Pilot took my money for over a month for an item that clearly wasn’t available, failed to communicate properly, and then offered a token discount on a future purchase instead of any real compensation.

This whole experience has been stressful and disappointing, especially as the watch was meant to be a special gift. I’ve reported the matter to Trading Standards and would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from Watch Pilot unless you’re happy to wait indefinitely and chase them for answers.

Ordered a Seiko for a gift and it arrived within 2 days, really great service! Will definitely be ordering from here again!

Ordered an expensive watch for my partners 50th on the 21st of August. Still not delivered. Was shown on website as back order and to allow 28working days for delivery but advised it is normally sooner. Email communication is poor, waiting days for responses only to be fobbed off. They advised will come back to me and they haven’t. It’s beyond a joke now: avoid this company. Will be contacting them for refund. Currently on the 40th working day.
