Once they get your money they don't respond to you.

I was emailing them back and forth to come see and submit an application. The time between emails was short, 5 min response time. I sat for 1 hour to fill out all the paperwork, asked about the tax credit, and how it would apply to me. Got a quick look at some paper that showed it lowers some bill. I continued the application process.

I knew the application fee was 40 dollars, however for them to process the 40 dollars they charge you 7. So it was 47 dollars in total to apply plus a 200 "holding deposit". I was told I have 72 hours to cancel my application and I would get deposit back.

I went home and after some carful review and thinking I decided to cancel my application. I emailed the address given to me and cced the person who sent me my deposit receipt stating I want to cancel my application. 24 hours later no response, so I sent another email. Another 24 hours later still no response. I sent another email again no response. I called and was told they have 30 days to refund my deposit and they are short staffed.

At no time did they ever tell me it would take 30 days. I did not read on any paperwork it would take 30 days.

The fact that no one was responding to my emails AFTER I submitted my application tells me they don't care about you once they have your money.

My suggestion is don't trust these people and don't give them your money. They will withhold info from you and not respond back once they get your money.

First and foremost, I must commend your management team and staff through the time, for their professionalism and attentiveness. From the moment I inquired about the apartment availability to the day I moved in, 14 years ago.

Upon moving in, I was pleasantly surprised by the meticulous condition of the apartment. It was immaculately clean, and any minor maintenance requests I had through the whole this time of my living here, were promptly addressed by the maintenance team. Their expertise and willingness to go the extra mile truly made me feel valued as a resident.

Furthermore, the apartment complex's amenities and facilities are truly exceptional. The well-maintained swimming pool, fitness center, and community areas have added tremendous value to my living experience. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, creating a serene and welcoming environment that I appreciate every day.

Lastly, I would like to express my gratitude for the excellent communication and resident engagement initiatives. Regular updates, newsletters, and community events have fostered a sense of belonging and community spirit among the residents, as there are others like me living in the complex for more than a decade. It is refreshing to be part of such a well-managed and vibrant community.

In conclusion, I cannot recommend your apartment complex highly enough. Your commitment to providing a top-notch living experience is evident in every aspect of the complex. From the exceptional staff to the well-maintained amenities and community atmosphere, I have truly found a home that exceeds my expectations.

If you are looking for such outstanding living environment, not too expensive. As a proud resident at this apartment complex (Crossroad Apartments at Salt Lake City, Utah) or any other complex from Wasatch Property Management. I gladly recommend it to friends, family, and colleagues without hesitation.
