Good Service

I recently spoke with Therese Armitage from the support team regarding an issue with having no hot water. She was highly professional throughout our conversation, listened carefully to my concerns, and provided clear feedback. Therese promptly escalated the matter by requesting the property manager to contact me. Her attentive and courteous approach made the experience smooth and reassuring. Excellent service and greatly appreciated.
