Great conveyancing service from WarnerGoodman
I cannot recommend Sarah at Warner Goodman enough. We have used Warner Goodman twice now for conveyancing, and I would definitely instruct again. Sarah demystified the process for us, kept things moving in an efficient way, and always had time to take a phone call and chat through the options. It was so reassuring to feel like we had Sarah "in our corner", and to understand where things were getting stuck in our chain. Communication was excellent, as was the whole service.

Poor Quality Employment Advice
I went to Warner Goodman for their ACAS Early Concilliation fixed fee representation.
The solicitor I met with, despite having good credentials, was unsure on several areas of legislation.
They advised me I had a strong case but that I should "save my money" and not use their services. I was then billed £650 for a 1 hour 20 meeting that I got zero value from.
I can't help but think that the fixed fee was the "hook" and the real intention was to advise against using their services and just bill for a low effort meeting at a high rate.
Considering the lack of knowledge of the Equality Act 2010 & the Employments Rights Act 1996 demonstrated by an Associate Solicitor I would strongly recommend against Warner Goodman for employment law.

Extremely unprofessional and painfully slow service
Warner Goodman have been incredibly disappointing to deal with. Their service has been extremely slow, with weeks passing without updates or progress. They rarely answer the phone, and when they do, they struggle to provide clear answers to even the simplest of questions. Communication is poor and professionalism is lacking. I would not recommend them if you're looking for a reliable or responsive service.
