In the dozens of orders and thousands of pounds I have spent at WarGameStore, I have never been let down

Ordered a harder to find 40k set. Price was not inflated (unlike other stores), arrived very quickly.

10/10, will be ordering from them in the future.

Made 3 orders so far. Had a bit of hesitation on the first one as never heard of the store before and I was aiming at some boxes out of stock in all other store (warcry and some AoS) but it went through smoothly and the minis arrived 3-4 days later. Highly recommend!

I was able to track down a special edition miniature that I couldn't find anywhere else.
The website clearly mentions what is in stock and how many they have.
That is such a simple, yet great feature to have on the website because many other companies allow you to order items that they don't even have in stock.
Prices are competitive, delivery was speedy and the item was well packaged.
I hope to deal with them again.

Ordered a couple of boxes of miniatures late Wednesday (past closing hours). Order processed and dispatched the next day and shipping was free 48 hour tracked because I ordered over £50. Will definitely be buying from here again.

This is a great store with good variety and plenty of stock and the majority of stock is discounted from RRP, with even better pre-order deals. The deliveries are always quick and staff are always very helpful and informative if you have any questions, I shop here for all Warhammer products now and I can't fault the service.

I've had nothing but positive experience upon all my visits. Stock is avialable for a wide range of products and they are willing to get you anything they do not have on hand. A great place to pick up what you need and also discover something new.

What a great company!! I only ordered yesterday afternoon and I’ve already got my shipment! The stock levels are great and the staff are just top notch! I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have used WarGame Store on a number of occasions and always received excellent service this despite them having to contend with Covid restrictions.
They stock an excellent range of products, typically discounted from RRP.
My most recent order was dispatched within half an hour of placing the order - cannot recommend more highly.

I always order my minis from here because the service is always great with good communication. Definitely my favourite hobby/mini shop around.

Whenever I'm home I always drop in to the Wargames store and there is always something I go, 'been after one of those' or need paint, brushes. Freindly atmosphere and can always have a good chat. Alway's well worth a visit.

Quick check out nice and easy only place that had the product I needed without gouging the price. Defenetly will be using them in the future

Beware do not pre order or order from this store. WGS advertises Royal mail delivery but sent parcel via Hermes. Invoice shows that it will be delivered in 1-2 days but it has now been 5 days and there has been no update on the delivery and no reply from the store on 2 emails. I have now requested a refund and I will have to claim back via my credit card if I receive no further correspondance. A truly awful experience.

I ordered some GW miniatures from WarGameStore for my nephew's birthday. I used this store because most other stores were either doing very long delivery times or were out of stock of some items due to covid-19. WGS completely came through, my nephew had everything I ordered within a week, mine was one of the few gifts he received in time for his birthday as a result. Would highly recommend :-)

Given the COVID-19 pandemic, I ordered on Monday, send for delivery on Tuesday and I received the package on Wednesday.

Great stock levels for products that are "out of stock" elsewhere in the country. This place is a hidden gem within the UK.

I was running low on a few paints and WarGameStore was the only place that had them available. Order was placed on Saturday, posted on Tuesday and arrived on Thursday - exactly as advertised. Top quality service and great that someone is still helping to deliver hobby supplies to people in the midst of a pandemic, keep up the great work!
