I ordered a white ladies puffs jacket which I needed for a trip away costing £52 and a pair of blacks men’s work shorts arrived .. how can they get it that wrong ?? And I now have to wait 5 days for a refund and go out of my way to take a parcel back that it’s not my error the morons can’t deliver the right package or even close !

Have had my jacket for 2 winters now. I live in northern Minnesota so we have lots of cold weather. I'm still surprised how warm my jacket is. No problems with ordering, size ir packaging etc.

I like one jacket but it's not waterproof. I tried a lot because I need a warm one but waterproof for where I live.
I can't go to stores and trie on and certain things in jackets hurt bad because I have 7 pain diseases. So I ordered 5 and thought I would be getting returns because Amazon is great for that but I haven't seen a dime frome wantdo! That's how they can afford selling affordable jackets, they rip off their customers! I jacket was a 3x and not their brand I received and I'm a medium! I'm on disability and don't have money to afford jackets, but thought once returnex......

They sent me wrong colors product which we can't use and they want me to pay to return ship, and claim their website isn't showing the best pictures but it's their goal to fix it.

However the problem is mine and I have to pay shipping. What a joke.

Do not deal with wanteo directly their support and returns process is awful

Ordered jacket from Walmart bad sizing went to store couldn’t return there so I paid shipping to Las Vegas return center never got any credit or refund , now out of a jacket plus shipping cost not happy at all

I received my jacket stuffed into a zippered bag. The jacket is one big mass of wrinkles!! Never will purchase products from a company that can’t send an item neatly folded.

Ordered a jacket from Amazon that turned out to be from them. A size 1x lady's long coat. Instead I got a youth size medium tye dyed tee shirt. I'm beyond pissed. I have a complaint against them with Amazon and I'm contacting the BBB. I spent 90$ and got a frickin tee shirt.

Bought a women's coat through Amazon. I love it ! Minnesota winters can be brutal. I've walked my dog so far in -30 windchill and it was great . My daughter is actually purchasing the same one . Good quality and warmth without the bulkinees. Fits great too .

My husband originally bought me a body warmer from wantdo, I had never heard of the brand. Well I do now. Body warmer amazing, so we have literally just received a winter jacket 1 for my husband, and one for myself, taking a chance as body warmer great. Well all I can say is they are affordable and keep wind rain Well away do not feel a thing, and living in Scotland we need good jackets. A huge thanks to wantdo. Great jackets do what they say, and will be telling all our friends where to get there winter jackets ten out of ten

The coat I purchased was the best coat I've had..period. The quality, the fit, the shipping efficiency, and the product packaging was spot on. I will always buy my coats from here from now on. 10/10 recommend!!

I regret buying anything off this sight. It appears that they did not put my apt # on the pkg and now my coat is lost. worst, I put a lost claim with ups and they require a receipt in which wantdo will not allow me to download. What a headache. Cant even reach them by phone and they don't answer emails. I'm extremely over them. 85.00 down the drain and I still need to buy another coat. Thanks Wantdo!

A pattern is surely developing here.
These negative posts seem to gain a very public positive and appropriate response from this company.
Then, nothing happens!! I have been told several times that my jacket exchange would be accommodated, and then there is no follow through. I have provided the requested pictures, identified the jacket to exchange, offered to pay the return shipping, searched Spam for non-existent emails from them.
My frustration and disbelief grows by the day!!!

I was attracted by the price, but when it came time to check out, I almost didn't put my credit card information in, because my gut check thought it might be a total scam.
I decided to risk it and go ahead.
The company only debited the agreed amount out of my account, and in 5 days my jacket arrived. Its not Eddie Bauer, but for the price point, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. Very warm, comfortable, and it actually does repel water. I tried it tonight in the rain, and to my surprise, it actually kept me completely dry.)

I ordered jacket for my son, the order number 40424, the package got lost. I contacted wantdo few times and 4 month later still no refund.The company is in Hong Kong China, you are unable to call them.

I've ordered from Wantdo twice. Last winter I ordered a jacket and a button broke off. Wantdo refunded me my money and let me keep the jacket. I ordered again this winter with no issues. The jackets have always been as described, definitely worth the money. I will definitely order from them again.

So my Mom initially gave me a coat she no longer wore(Wantdo). It was very warm, but in size large. It was fitted, but no wiggle room. So, I purchased this coat and decided to get size 2XL. I like my coats roomy and sometimes I wear a Fanny pack and it doesn’t interfere with the fit. I’m 5’3 and about 166 lbs. I also have hips and a butt. Also very warm and comfortable!!

I ordered a coat on line and paid for it on line and never received the item. They refused to do anything about it and I never got the merchandise or a refund.

Have tried for two days to get a question answered NO response at all. If you go wantdo.com it has the chat button with no one to chat with. Customer service needs some improvement.

Wantodo website won’t upload my 5 pictures of the jacker that I want to return. It doesn’t fit. I have tried on Safari and Chrome with its website.

I ordered 2 coats for 2 of my sons. Absolutely wonderful!
My middle son is a big guy (4x) and I was concerned he wouldn't like the coat but he did. It fit him well. It wasn't too big or puffy.
My youngest loves his new coat. I ordered him a navy colored coat and he looks great in it. Will definitely keep him warm during the winter months.
I received the coats in a bag, which made them compact. I'm reusing the bags for the small throws I have.
They arrived in standard time. Not 3 day delivery but not 3 weeks.
The company has gained a new returning customer.
