Quite Unimpressed
Ordered £90 clock online, paid extra for tracked delivery and got email saying 'dispatched' - great! However, no tracking info provided and when item hadn't arrived 5 days later had to phone them to find out that item no longer available / in stock - not great! Will need to check that refund has been processed now as no confirmation regards that either yet.

Good service, but website needs sorting out.
Twice now I have tried to order from the Walplus website using a Wowcher voucher. On neither occasion has it worked. On the first occasion the Walplus service desk helped, but said the fault was at the Wowcher end. Wowcher only ever says it's at the Walplus end.
On the second occasion I just gave up and asked for a refund from Wowcher and didn't bother trying to place an order any more.

Great wall stickers
Ordered several sticker sets from Walplus and they are great. The white dandelion stickers could do with being on a dark background as trying to see them to peel off was a challenge but once up they looked great. Fast delivery and a £10 off voucher, very happy.

Almost great!..
Product arrived quickly. Good price. Shame that you have to attach over 50 glue dots to the back of 40+ pieces yourself, then take each bit of backing paper off yourself too! Also, would it have been too hard to include a picture of the product? Mine had so many pieces,I couldn't remember how they were supposed to go, so had to find my order and make a drawing before putting it up!
