While the procedure went OK (NOT great), be very careful about their billing procedures. According to my insurance I had OVERPAID them to the tune of $130 which they acknowledged and told me I would receive a refund within a month. When I didn't, I inquired again and was told I had received a laser treatment of $130 (which I do not recall) that insurance did not cover, so would NOT be receiving my refund due. :-( Also - WHILE I was having my root canal the assistant was singing along to the music, and she and the dentist were gossiping office politics. VERY unprofessional. Wouldn't go back.
