There is not enough space for customers and associates shopping for others. They are rude and cause problems in the aisles. They "own" the space. I have considered staying away

Lousy Delivery Service Is Consistently BAD

Walmart's delivery service is an abject failure. Very seldom if ever has an order been complete. Even when I go to the effort of pre-authorizing substitutions, my orders are usually incorrect by 30% or more. My last order was worse than normal. I ordered 22 items. I received 14. The driver, who is supposed to do a handoff and get a code from me waved goodbye from his car as he drove away. (BTW, this was not an express order. I ordered at 1 pm with no delivery preference and it arrived after 7PM) I could tell right away I was missing items. No way to call a driver or the store listed anywhere. Links to order problems don't work in the mobile app. So, I brought all the bags into my house unpacked them and decide to call the next morning. My doorbell rang with a neighbor bringing backyard fruit to me she was saying good bye I looked down and found another WalMart bag with my in it. Milk was warm, butter melted, It clearly had been out of refrigeration for hours. Obviously, the driver had come back sometime in the evening and just left it on the doorstep. No call. No doorbell pushed. Just left and of course, nearly all of it spoiled within a few days.
Really, this stuff happens all the time. Every single order no matter which of 4 Walmarts near me I use.

Heart stopping experience

Challenger Ave Roanoke VA
I was shopping in the housewares department. All was pleasant and quiet when all of a sudden I heard loud hollering and commotion. I was scared thinking there was a shooting or attack going on with all that's happening in today's world. I didn't know where to run or what to do but I was afraid. Turns out it was a Walmart pep rally. Totally inappropriate and ridiculous. Looks like that should be done in the break room or out behind the store. Not out on the floor where you have shoppers.

Greeters are HORRIBLE!!…

My daughter in law was shopping in the Missoula Mt location. She was 9 months pregnant and was using a handicapped cart. The greeter approached her and told her” you don’t look handicapped and these are for people with disabilities!” My son asked the man if he would like to the Doctors note!! He got defensive and threw his hands up saying” well just do what you want!”
Then 2 days after having abdominal surgery to delivery the baby she went to Walmart again to get her medication. Again she was told not to use the handicapped carts! She just had surgery 2 days ago!! My son told him this and again statements made “ well these are for handicapped people or old people!”
I think they need to retrain their employees. They CAN NOT INQUIRE ABOUT A HANDICAP!! And respect could be addressed also!! This is unacceptable!

I ordered an item that whoever packaged…

I ordered an item that whoever packaged it had sent me the wrong size on so when I called Walmart's Customer Service live person she said that I have to return it in order to get my refund back.
Even though it's extremely hard for me to get around with my degenerate disc disease, which is also osteoarthritis in my lower back + other disabled physical related reasons too, as well.
So because they aren't like Temu in the sense of not needing to send the item back before a refund is reimbursed.
Temu allows people to keep the wrong orders sent to The heir Customers anyway, most of the time.
So please, folks, even though a man sent me the wrong size, which was way too big, this is the outcome that you can expect from Walmart Customer Service.
Think twice before ordering anything online from them, OKAY?
They will never get my business rendered to them ever again either.

" DISRESPECTMART...!!!! "

First let me state if I could give Walmart.com a -10 that would be fitting for my rating of them.Second the DB who runs the company doesn't give a rats @$$ about the customers. A number of times I placed orders in Walmart.com that has to be delivered directly to me, in the order forum it asks the delivery address and any notes on the delivery. I give them the notes along with the address..but they never every send those notes over to the shipping company, so you are waiting on packages only to get a text message from the shipper stating they need more information about the delivery address.. the company is dumb as all hell " Ontrac " which should be called " OffTrac " or UnPlugged. They tell you that Walmart never gives them delivery instructions on my packages , but they text me on my phone to tell me they can't deliver my package, why in the hell wouldn't they call and verify the delivery that they're attempting to make. So you call Walmart.com to yell at them for not sharing your delivery instructions and they tell you that it's your responsibility to inform the shipping company those instructions...why the hell do I have to do this when you asked me for them while placing the order and how and the hell do I know who you are going to pick to deliver my packages till days after the sale. Walmart is no way the Walmart we all grew up knowing, it's because Walt passed away and his daughter is now trying to sink the ship that Walt built with his own two hands. What the DB forgets is that it's the people like you and I who built Walmart to what it is today ..." NOT HER...!!! "

I typically feel Wal-Mart has…

I typically feel Wal-Mart has discriminated men in the section of the medical uniform selection due to the only availability is for women and not for men , not even the classic unisex uniform which imI feel it's a poor rating from my stand point due to I would have purchased multiple colors if there had been an option, therefore I might even have second thoughts of even after two times purchasing tires after waisted time visiting several Wal-Marts. Tanks you !!! Although my cash domatter to it but it does to me. It's a wrap !!!!

Walmart refuses to accept calls from…

Walmart refuses to accept calls from VOIP Housephones to 800 9256278. (800 Walmart) Not everyone has unlimited cellphones to call them; cellphone service is timed even if a cellphone is available to call them. I am a senior Walmart customer and shareholder. This started in November. As of mid April, they still have not come up with a solution for honest legitimate customers. I was told by the executive escalation team in February that phone problem would be fixed; 60 days later nothing has been done. I was told in November there was a hacker problem so they blocked all home VOIP legitimate customers. AARP has a business partnership with Walmart+; they did nothing about it. AARP has no concern for its members and supporters. Seniors are less likely to have cellphone access than younger people.

Buyer Beware. Walmart does not protect its customers and passes the buck.

Ordered a Marcy gym on line to be delivered. The boxes were trashed completely broken open and exposed. I refused delivery and then had to FIGHT with WALMART for a WEEK to get a refund. I ordered it from Walmart online, and they kept sending me back to the store that shipped it. After several emails and phone calls, it took a week to have them FINALLY approve a refund for damaged goods. I'll never shop Walmart again. No one should have to jump through hoops to get a refund on damage goods.

Great prices

Great prices, wide variety. It’s very convenient but they need to work on their customer service. My experience would have been a full five stars if it was for the cashier by the name Jame who spoke to me rudely while checking out. It was really terrible to experience such in an establishment that’s meant to please the customers

The Great Value peanut butter has been…

The Great Value peanut butter has been extremely good and by far the best value for the last few years...but for a while now, it had very few peanuts in it. Today, I was on the verge of switching back to Skippy Super Chuck, but I gave Walmart one more chance. Glad I did! It's back to being a great deal...and has the peanuts it used to have in it. Thank you, Walmart.
