New Year’s Dinner at Wallmans Copenhagen – Disappointing Experience

We booked the New Year’s Dinner at Wallmans Copenhagen for a group of 8 people in Category B, assuming that booking as a larger group would result in better planning and seating. Unfortunately, this was not the case.

All eight of us were seated at a table that could comfortably accommodate only six people. This was especially frustrating as it was obvious that neighboring tables of the same size were occupied by only six guests, while we were squeezed in tightly. As a result, comfort was non-existent, which significantly affected our overall experience—particularly disappointing for a New Year’s celebration.

For an event that is premium-priced and marketed as a special evening, proper seating arrangements should be a basic expectation. Instead of feeling welcomed and valued as a larger group, we felt overlooked and poorly accommodated.

The atmosphere and concept of Wallmans can be enjoyable, but the lack of attention to guest comfort—especially on such an important night—left us disappointed. This experience did not meet the expectations set by the booking category or the occasion.

Outstanding service, great food and world class entertainment! Who knew that Copenhagen had a circus with international entertainment equivalent to Moulin Rouge in Paris or Palazzo in Berlin.
Everyone spoke English which made the night out with my friends from England an experience we will remember for a long time. Don’t forget to try their special cocktails. We had way to many!!!

Super talented and professional. A great show!

It was truly an extraordinary evening. The show was amazing, with different acts. I personally enjoyed particularly opening show in cabaret style and acrobats. The food was a little bit disappointing. The soup was overseasoned, the meat overcooked, the dessert too sweet (and I love sweets, but this was pure sugar).

One thing that concerned me was seeing the singers and the band waitressing between the acts. I hope they do so voluntarily and are not exploited!

It was a very good show. I had such a funny and entertaning evening. The music was just me, and the singers and dancers were so professionel. The food was also of a good quality.

After what I expected, really disappointed. Long waiting times. I only liked one singer and one acrobat, everthing else wasn ‘t impressive. I have seen much better shows. The food was not perfect neither

Very nice show and performances. The food was okay and the table is quite tight. I liked seating and the screens arrangement so everyone gets a nice view.

We just held our christmas party at Wallmans, Friday the 14th of December 2018.

We were 40 people attending. It was our 3 time visiting since 2008. It surely will be the last time. The food and the show was fine, but the waitstaff was rude, direct and lacked any sense of service and positive minded hospitality.

The security staff completely missed the mark in terms of their role and responsibility. They were aggressive and clearly had no real sense of how to treat paying guests in any way.

By far one of the worst experiences in terms of value for money, service, professionalism and overall evaluation.

We enjoyed the night very much. Good entertaining and decent food. Especially the celebration package was well worth it. Thank you again for the lovely night.

While the guests are spoiled with a delicious 4-course menu will Wallman artists excite, surprise and servers from all ends and edges of the stunning old Cirkussal in the center of the beautiful Copenhagen.
The evening ends with a big end show followed up with dancing on the biggest dance floor in Copenhagen, all in one place.

It's not possible to get a greater evening.

The show was at international level, and can be compared to the musicals in Londons West End. The food was very tasty, but the portions was not so big.
